It is going to take a while and Esther needs to heal before she can ever trust AJ again. A part of that is that she needs to trust herself and that is something she doesn't know how to do because she was never taught. One barrier down but most of all she admitted to herself that she liked someone, someone she chose not someone her mother or father choose for her. This is a very good step for her. This is growth.
