Ron Kincaid sounds like a true bastard. I had a boss like that who was a female and she was very, very hard to deal with. You never knew what mood she was in. I feel so bad for Marissa for having to put up with a man like that. He has no class and is not very professional if he's using words like "cunt" in the office which is the ultimate disrespect towards a woman. 

I am interested in this story because I want to see just how much Marissa changes him for the better, at least I hope she does.

uh oh, Ron is still an ass and he is going to hurt M.  For her to kiss him, she is feeling him and for him to tell her not to worry about being single, means he is not into her.  I feel as though Ron likes M.  but right now she was just an outlet for sexual release. 

The story is moving slow, but it's growing and hopefully showing Ron's evolvement.  I can finally feel the chemistry between these two and they mesh--M is strong and needs to be with Ron.

I know this may be trivial but I don't think Marissa should have told Oliver about what happened with Ron.  He asked her not to but apparently she can't hold water to me that is a violation of trust and if you want me to change or act differently you don't at the first chance you get start telling people my business when I ask you not to and she said she was not a gossip-queen maybe I am just a bit jaded. And have missed the whole point in that bit of the chapter.

I knew that Marissa wanted wanted Ron!! She broke him off a piece and now Ron can offic be over Horie. That bitch has the nerve to jealous like she sexing Damon!  How will Marissa handle this situation?  Will push Ron away? I think that she will push Ron away! So good!!
