I was holding my breath along with Joss just waiting for Pearl to go all "Pearl" on that ole battle ax. Pearl showed much more restraint than I expected. But she loves her baby and knew how important this was for her. So, she kept herself in check. But she wouldn't be Pearl, if she didn't say something. Loved the whole meeting.

So glad you're back with a sequel! Yea!  Just finished B&B on Friday and absolutely loved every single written word of it. I've read so many stories and especially on this site where the male protagonist is a "alpha" emotionally unavailable man and basically controls every move of the female protagonist, so Eshan was a nice change in direction because he's sweet, has morals and ethics and wants to uphold them, is a protector, and he's not overbearing or tries to emotionally blackmail Joss. Love Joss as well. So thank you for creating these likable and relatable characters that make you root for them.

I can see where Eshan's mom is coming from in wanting the best for her son, and wants to uphold the traditions in their culture and religion, I get all of that, however, not willing to give Joss a chance and basically calling her a whore...yeah conquering that mountain is going to be a tough one. Yes, Joss and Eshan come from different religious and cultural backgrounds, and they'll experience problems, but would they be that much different from two people who share the same race and religious beliefs? So I'm looking forward to if they will ever make it to an alter and if Eshan's mom will ever come around. Thanks for writing this sequel!

Yesssssssssssssssssss!!!! ESHAN back!! I've missed them so much!! You have no idea. Okay now it's time to get serious. 

Ummmmmm....Eshan's mother is a complete bitch. Like seriously. that was so rude of her to do that to Joss. So I'm guess she is going to be my new Shara. I don't think I spelled her name right, but you know who I mean. She is already on my list.

 Now Eshan's father I like him! He was nice and sweet. I could rock with him. 

And Eshan is still the same. I felled in love with Eshan all over again. Lol

His mother is evil, how could utter such nonesense about Joss when she just met her?  I hope the Joss tells Eshan about that conversation because he needs to know.  His father seems genuinely nice and appears to like Joss. I hope that their relationship can survive their families. I need a HEA!
