What the hell is wrong with Joss? She's surprised by what that woman did? Why can't she be honest with Eshan? Down playing all the crap she's taken from this woman. It won't get any better. Letting the sisters be the one to tell him the truth? Joss seems totally naive. How old is she again? I was feeling bad for her but all this longsuffering on her part is pissing me off. Grow a pair and take care of business. Did you not get ANY of Pearl's fire? Pearl is pissed and hurt and while it would've been wonderful for her to whup.that.ass, she really couldn't, but damn if I wouldn't pay good money to see it.

At first, I was hesitant to read this story. Then, I realized that this story very much relates to me. My husband (the correct term would be husband in Iraq, while here it is safe to call him my boyfriend) is Iraqi and is a faithful Muslim. He is very prideful in his religion, just as I am in my religion. Reading this story had me thinking of the differences that we face and are facing. One of them being the religious differences. However, he respects my religion. He studied Christianity for two years and prides himself on it. But he did not study the religion to convert, but to be knowledgeable of it. Which I fully respect. I wanted to touch on something that was mentioned in one of the last chapters, where Eshan is speaking of his religion and her desire to not convert to Islam. My husband and I just had a conversation the other night relating to this, where he believes there is one God, it is just we all go about different ways of practicing it. 

We are not married, legally, but we are however bound by a temporary contract. I was curious to as if you had heard of this in Islam before writing this story? On my part, I have experienced prejudices towards my husband, and only because he is Muslim. Ironically, it is from my mother. Haha. We are southern as well, but she is not as coniving as Mrs. Koroush. She voices her opinion by saying, "Jay, you know how those men are." And those men she are referring to are Muslim men. It is quiet weird, because Mohamed's parents are accepting of different religions and even of my race (I am African-American).  He told me once that he can marry any woman no matter the race, it is just that they HAVE to believe in God. If they do no not, he cannot marry them. 

I enjoy this story thoroughly! It brings to light some situations (I will not call them issues anymore because they are not) that he and I will face, and I like it. Although fiction, it is something I can relate to so please dont stop writing it! 

Wow, I really believe that there are men like Eshan in this world, and the women they love are truely blessed. Difinitely didn't see that coming. 

OMG, his mother is a straight up biyottch!!!!!!!!!

Oh dat trick... she could not keep her mouth shut long enough.  Then I'm mad at P J for getting pregnant n not keeping her mouth shut.  Then I'm mad at mama Pearl for getting mad at the bride cuz she didn't tell her P J  was pregnant.  Hell I'm mad at everybody.... except for Eshan...I mean who could be mad at him such a noble fiance and he went off on his mother for dissing his woman. I'm sooooooooo wrapped up in this story I love it!

Oooohhhhh I am at work but had to take a time out and respond or write or you know what I mean about this chapter.  Right now you can call me Florida from good times because I want to scream "damn, damn, damn!!!" At the top of my lungs in dealing with mama Kourosh.  She just took a wonderful day from papa Kourosh and all and turned it into this circus on the eve of her son's wedding.  Little does she know she has lost her children in pursuing this witch hunt or persecution of Joss.  The rest of her family despite the ant of a brother is aware of everything Joss had to endure for her love of Eshan and has proven during all of this that she truly loves Eshan.  His mother cannot get past her religious and ethnic background to provide an unbiased opinion and truly see if she is a benefit or hindrance to Eshan's future.  Now your husband is disappointed in the woman he married.  Not only did you haunt her during the planning of the wedding, you STILL plan to haunt her during her marriage, not giving your son or his wife any peace.  There has to be something in the Quran that will chastise her for this behavior because the only one acting they have lost all sense of right and wrong, religious beliefs is mama Kourosh.  I sooo want to hear what papa Kourosh is going to say.  Plus I want Joss to comfort her mom and PJ's ass needs to grow the hell up.  Part of me believes she said that crap on purpose so it could cause drama in the family.  She is coming off very jealous to me and I am watching her with a side eye.  Just because you throwing your life away doesn't mean you get to crap on my parade.  Can't wait for the next chapter.  Joss also needs to stand up and get a backbone with Mama Kourosh because I don't care how much I love you, someone disrespecting my momma needs her behind handed to them.  "Hold my earring and purse". Kiss on the cheek, " I love you, but I'm about to whoop your Mom's ass for disrespecting my momma and calling me out my name more than once.  Be right back"

I dont know how Joss can react so camly to Mrs.Kourosh!! I would've reacted like Pearl and tried to beat her up lol! 

What a truly evil, hateful creature!  While I didn't expect her to become Joss' best friend, I really thought she would fall in line with her husband and at least keep her disdain and hatred for Joss under control.

Yes, it was a mistake for Joss to approach her and ask her to keep a confidence, knowing how much she hates her, but even I did not expect her to immediately go blab to Joss' mother!  Joss unwittingly gave her ammunition to create more havoc!

I love Eshan's dad...he is so sweet and caring; not sure how he can be joined to such a hateful creature as his wife is proving to be, but I guess, as they say opposites attract.

I'm really glad Asa and Delkash told on their mother, as she really should not get away with being so nasty to Joss and her family.  Hopefully Eshan's dad can get her under control as she is just doing too much right now.

I really feel for Pearl right now; I hope the truth comes out about who let the cat out of the bag about PJ's pregnancy, as we don't want PJ's drama to affect Joss even more.

Gosh, I really can't wait for the next update!

Joss should've left well enough alone. Approaching Eshan's mother was a mistake. If she had said nothing, then Eshan's mother would've thought nothing. Aside from that, Joss's plate is too full to be bothered with PJ's crap. 

Jos, yo people, yo people. Your Aunt is insane. But, wahtever you say, she would stomp anyone in the ground if they came at Joss in a disrespectful way. Looking at you, Mama Kourosh.

This was hilar. The ending was just perfect.
