First I'd like to say "glad to see you". Yes Marcus and Malik are a bit High-handed with Anike, but right about now she needs someone to take charge of her life. And by these men doing so she won't have to face the devil incarnate alone. Hope to see an update soon. Happy holidays to you!

Regina sounds like a nasty piece of work. I am so waiting for Marcus and Anika to have that real heart to heart and he finally hears her. Because although I got a chuckle out of how they pretty much ignored her in the planning of her life, he still has a lot of hurt and anger to get through. Also Malik is a little of an inigma. You are just giving bits and pieces of him and I am just waiting for more. I am really enjoying your story!

for someone whose life is a hot mess, Anika sure complains a lot. Against things that will benefit her, just to get back at her family. Kinda pathetic. I hope she has a change of heart. And that she gets gone before Tech gets there...

Is it foul that I sorta laughed at Malik and Marcus antics? Anika has a right to be angry but when you're pregnant and broke sometimes you have to accept help that's being handed to you.

I wonder why it took Malik 5 years to decide to look for Anika and Nia? I doubt that they hid their tracks, and he seems to be a pretty determined guy, so I wonder what the reason was.
