Wow! Tammy act like she didn't know or didn't care about the danger Maya and Omari were living in😠 how could she take the man thats abusive towards her child to her child😨 then wanted to act like she didn't know what the outcome was going to be😦 Tammy got just what she deserves😆 I'm wondering if Omari called 911 and the police shot and killed Jack. Clark is going to freak out😱and they were just talking about getting married😢 this is so sad😭

Girl... this chapter got me all in my feelings. First off I'm so ticked at Tammy for bring that man to Maya home, knowing full well she was hiding from him. This evil, evil man came and destroyed this woman's life. Girl, I didn't like Tammy but what a awful way to die. I'm really hoping Dena survived and I hope that final shot Dena heard was Maya or Clark killing Jack, or wouldn't it be something if Jasper was around and they didn't know it and came to the rescue of his daughters. My poor baby Omari is traumatized, I hope he don't lose his mother. Great update honey!

A mother who is manipulative is the worst that can happen to anyone. Blood IS thicker than water, since these are the people who nurture you. If someone grows up like that, having their emotions played for someone else's gain, they get in a cycle that is not easy to recognise if you can't handle it. Maya wants mummy and daddy.
Which is why Dena was so happy to forgive her father and Maya now is going through the same, because you keep hearing how forgiving helps you to move on.

Yes... I think Maya is wrong😡how soon she forgot about the way their parents treated Dena and herself. What type of parents know their child is being abused and turns a blind eye😤 all they were thinking about was their wants and needs. I like how Dena picked up the phone to call her mother and how she took the time to listen and give sounded advice😌and how attentive Clark is😍she can't let her evil family ruin her happiness with her new family. Nice update😀

Dena should let go of the family. Since Maya has accepted the parents apology, why is she still in Clark's apartment and not in California with the parents. The parents are up to something, anyway, how did Maya know where Dena was and why did she come there? Also, Dena still needs therapy because she let her emotions take control of her. Clark is a saint to deal with all her drama.

I do think Maya needs to seek professional help that is neutral to the situation because she is not fully in the right mind to make these kind of decisions. If your parents who knew about your abuse, but did nothing is now all so willing to help, you have to be suspicious about it. It is obvious to me that Maya's husband gave them some incentive for her to be used and abused and offered them some more to get her back. Because what do or did the parents do for a living? Where do they get their money? She's going to end up in the same situation as before or end up dead. I just don't want anything to happen to Omari or find a way for Dena and Clark to adopt him or something.

My poor baby Dena be catching it left and right. I applaud Dena for speaking her truth and I pray for poor misguided, and scared Maya. Blood don't always make you family. But I totally agree with everyone... she needs to cut them loose, they are no good to her health and well-being. If she cut them out of her life, she would find peace. I mean she already got a family. Jasmine, Krista, Clark, Aisha, Carolyn and Clark's family. Great update honey!

I think Dena just needs to cut them out of her life and move forward with Clark , stop going back to the source of all the pain and drama of her life aka her family and embrace all the wonderful ppl in her life not just her birth mom but also Clark's friends and family .

This is a great example for people who say "blood is thinker than wate" or how they let others walk all over them just cause their related. Like no, these people are harmful to you emotionally, mentally and or physically you should have to put up with that. Cut them off if you need to. She gave them a second chance and they messed it up, now she should live life without regret cause she triex.

I think Dena anger is justified😠 Maya used her. Got me thinking that Jasper, Tammy and Maya had this all planned somehow😈 and the sad part about it is Maya really believe Tammy will protect her. Dena just need to let those people go and concentrate on her relationship with Clark, Jasmine, Krista and her new brother or sister. I love the special bond Clark has with his family and how they embrace Dena😚 NICE😆
