This was a wonderful update. Sam is so sweet and Joe is so clueless! Yes, he needs to grow up. Just because Tom is different, why is that a threat to HIM? Why does he have to beat him up? It seems to me that Joseph is insecure and dominating and hurting someone else makes him feel like a man. What a jerk! Lung is just a mindless follower. Both are acting like they're 15 instead of 20. Joe and Lung need to turn their lives around before the both end up in jail or dead. While I don't want them dead, I do want something lifechanging to happen that will cause them to rethink the direction they're headed.
As for Tom, I love the fact that Sam is showing him some much needed affection. He desrves to be happy. I think Sam is just being nice now, but I can see that her affection for Tom is growing already.
It's sad that no one else cares for Tom. where is his family? Have they all abandoned him?
I'm loving this tale and look forward to the next update!

Hope Sam wakes up. No telling how many diseases that guy is walking around with. How old is Sam? She sounds awfully naive.

Wow! I can't beleive she just fell back in bed with him after he admitted to sexing other women. Does she really think that he used condoms with all the other women and just goes bare with her? LOL If so, I have a bridge I want to sell Sam.
