I knew it!!! That boy is attracked to her!!! Best friend or not, he likes her. They say your best friend makes the best partner. I think it's great that she doesn't even care for the looks she gets from people over her body. That doesn't define you.

I find this entire interaction, from her and Rey to the females interesting. He knows she doesn't wear heels like that or that it's' not her style and yet he made a point to tell her that she would look good in them. She is noticing his muscles and things. I wonder why.... Will something develop between them or was there something while they were at FAMU? I know there is something to all of that. LOl.

Is it wrong that I am looking forward to Zuma getting her comeuppance?  Why is chapter 7 so short?

This chapter showed even more of how Zuma poisoned the air   Everyone was happier with ber being absent. Jonathan and Iris got a thang going on!!  Don't let Zuma's crazy ass spot the attraction.  

Wow. Zuma seems like a real b1@!tch. If she doesn't chech that, she's going to find herself alone or with a stroke ... whichever decides to come first. So far, Iris seems nice, and time enough for Zuma. Great start, and anxious to read more. 

Short chapter?   Zuma your downfall is coming and I can't wait .  Where is Malcom? He has a plan fir Zuma abd I so want him to succeed.  Iris is my shero!!!

I just absolutely hate women like Zuma, I'm with Bellachica I to have meet a few Zuma's in my life. I work in a hospital and I know everyone's name plus I talk to everyone that's just me. I don't care the positions they hold, we are all human, there is no one better than the other. The people I work with knows I'm one of the ones you do not come to talking about anyone, because I shut that noise down. I wish someone would call their self telling me who I can talk to OH HELL NO!!, they normally see another side of me and they never go there again. I'm with Iris every step of the way, let the witch keep talking she just don't realize she's digging her own grave. Zuma trying to belittle Iris is real petty and childish and a rookie move on Zuma's part, that chick make me want to catch a case for kicking that *ss. I have a group of women about 20 of them in my " Sister Circle" there are black women, white women, latin women, asian women, basically all nationality of women. We meet at my house every wednesday and watch t.v., listen to music, we help with school, childcare, bill's, relationship situations and emotional therapy. We build women up, we don't tear them down, we don't see color all we see is a Sisterhood of strong women from all walks of life. This chapter has got me hot!!. Thanks for the update.

Wow!! do Zuma makes everyone in the office hate to come to work. I mean Betty is acting like someone stole her joy (oh I forgot Zuma did). Zuma just sized Iris up that fast, old jealous bitch!! hating for no reason, there will always be someone prettier then you or more talented then you, but you don't hate them you celebrate them. I like the fact that Iris has the inside scoop on the merger and Zuma was looking like (boo boo the fool), Zuma done showed her hand and now it's time for iris to play the trump card. That's why you should always treat people with respect and kindness, because you never know who someone is, who they know or in this case (what they know). Zuma makes me want to punch her in the throat!!! Thanks for the update.
