Evangeline and John put everything out on the table and start fresh with no doubts. Moonie Anonymous thnx so much for your continued support. Readers like you and others really help me as a writer to stay encouraged. Although I write for my enjoyment and take ownership of all of my stories it does help to have readers to offer comments. Even it no one comments I will continue to write because I enjoy it. Thnx again for taking the time to comment.

Thank you for the update. John, John, John...that has to be the biggest piece of cockamamie excuse...sorry explanation, that could have been given. Let's start with "you weren't an option." Really! Evangeline was there all along. You were the one who chose to leave the relationship... first emotionally, then mentally, finally physically. Why when you had what you claimed you loved and wanted, you didn't try to keep it? Let's face it- Natalie gave you what you wanted along...the feeling of being needed. You liked that feeling ,the rush of it. Own up to that fact. By your own admission in the beginning...you watched Natalie treat Evangeline like crap and said and did absolutely nothing! Oh, no..actually you said, "I didn't see it, or maybe I didn't want to." What the heck kind of Detective are you? You can't see things right before your very eyes? It's one of two things...you are the not sharpest knife in the set or you were being vindictive (using Natalie to punish Evangeline). Evangeline you should question why you thought it ok for John to treat you the way he did and allowed Natalie to do the same. Why stay that long with and around him. You must have been getting something out of it.Sorry about the rant. John McBain is like Fredo to me. 'I can't kill him because you are writing him.' LOL! I can't with this guy.. I just can't. However, you have me so hooked... I must see it through. You have a great gift, my little one. LOL!

Sarah Anonymous you are on a tirade girl! I love it though. Glad to have you expressing yourself on one of my stories. Yes John was a total cad to Evangeline but he's trying to redeem himself. I won't defend him. With that said, did you read my other story, 'The Confrontation'? That might give you a smile. Let me know what you think of that one.
Thnx again for your most thorough comments because they keep me on my toes. I take my readers seriously because I know that you don't have to read my stories let alone leave a review. I won't change my stories to please anyone but myself but I do take into consideration observations noted by the readers of the stories. They sometimes see things that I did not realize were projected in the story. It's all good for both sides. The reader feel engaged and the write gets feedback on their work. Stay safe yourself.
