Sam/Tara are staying strong. I really want to see what's going on in Jason's head. You have real pinpointed Sookie and Tara's relationship. Great job.

Good chapter. It was nice to see guys fighting over Tara for a change! Jason waited to long to let Tara know how he feels and missed out. Tara sure told the truth about Sookie!

Thanks for the update...but why is Tara still keeping secrets from Sam...but I guess that works both ways...he still hasn't revealed his sordid and criminal past either...but he needs to know about what happened with Franklin, Jason, and her that night he nearly beat Calvin Norris to death...I know this is supposed to be a triangle but I'm really not feeling Jason at all...

Author's Response: Unfortunantly Sam and Tara are still keeping secrets from each other. Killing a vamp is a pretty big deal. The secret will come out...eventually (during the story). What is the secret that Sam is hiding from Tara, Perhaps its me but I feel Sookie does not care about Tara at all. Sookie is a user, and Jason only want Tara because Sam is around. Tara need to be treated better, she is always the strong, supportive friend and they do not give her the attention and emotional support she need. Tara need to enjoy the ride with Sam and become very selfish. There is so much sadness in Tara life and I want her to come out on top. Sam you need to tell Tara what is going on or you will lose her. Excellent.......
Author's Response: I'd like to tell you, but its written to lead in you that direction and then hit you with it. There is also Sam's past as a criminal and the fact that he killed that couple who were screwing him out of the money and jewels he stole. I think you're right about Tara not being the leading lady in her own life. Sookie is a good friend, but she's a bit jealous right now. In the end she will be there for Tara. It may take a while, but everything will come to the surface.

I love it! I will always be in love with Sam he is so adorable. The fact that he is protecting Tara is wonderful. I am so happy with this pairing and this story. It is a believable end. I can't wait till the new season, but this has definitly peaked my interest. Great job!

This is really good.That first chapter was action packed. I also like the way you write Tara, I like seeing her more gentle, vulerable side.
Author's Response: Thank you. In my opinion most of Tara's hard shell comes from feeling/being hurt and she just lashes out. The real Tara is vulnerable and hates letting other's see that, but she's growing a lot and putting the old Tara behind. I created an overwhelming situation on purpose so it would force her to react differently. Supernatural being don'r really care is you're a tough bitch.

I'm loving this story...I must confess that I'm a Tam shipper...but I have a sweet spot in my heart for Fara...sue me...I loved that adorable nut, Franklin...so glad to see another Tara/Sam story...the more the merrier...
Now on to the story...I love that you had Sam protecting/watching over Tara while she was in Shreveport...he didn't intrude in her new life (though he probably wanted to...given his true feelings for her)...and just how does Jason know about his secrets...I know Sam has been acting weirdly aggressive lately...but I'd would think that most people probably would take it as him finally getting tired of everyone always taking advantage of his kindness and him finally snapping...
Besides, Jason's a hypocritical arse...Sam a womanizer...oh please...then he must be a himbo himself...and since the show began...he's been looking through Tara as if she didn't matter and was a sexual nonentity as far as he's concerned...so why is he so suddenly, jealously irate that Sam has shown an interest in her and declared his love for her...you snooze, you lose, buddy...
Laffy is a gem...and Sook can be such a bitch sometimes...why does she think ALL the male attention in town should go her way...some best friend she is at times...can't wait for the Laffy/Tara talk as well as the Sam/Tara talk...glad she decided to move back to Bon Temps...and give her and Sam a real chance...and who is that that's following her and what exactly is Stephanie...can't be anything good...can't wait to read more...

First, I must confess that the first 14 chapters are already written and posted on Fanfiction.net. That's why they are going up so fast. I'm working on chapter 15 now. Thank you for your wonderful review!!! I live for them.
As for the story.
1) Jason doesn't know much, but he knows there is something funny with Sam after the whole Maryann business. Plus Sam moved to a po-dunk town without a past. No one really cares, but everyone knows that. Mostly Jason was just blowing smoke because his pride was hurt and he wanted Tara to hear what he had to say (like it makes a difference LOL)
2)Jason is kind of an ass. He's never lost a woman or had to compete for one. He's an Alpha male. You're right about Jason not seeing Tara sexually, but that was something I wanted to change, because I think those two have a chemistry. In my story Jason killing Franklin and then Tara kissing Jason changed things a little for him. Its like his eyes were opened.
3) I LOVE LAFAYETTE!!!! He is a joy to write/watch. Sookie can be a bitch. You totally correct. She's actually a little jealous becasue Sam never truly forgave her for tossing him aside, but he forgave Tara for basically dumping him. Sookie threw all her fish back in the pond, and now she wants some attention from Sam, but its too late baby...
