He was always known as "Just Iwase Hiroto's friend." But if you dug deeper, you'd find that he was much more than that.

HI GUYS! OKAY. SO I want to say ahead of time that this will NOT be worked on until ACCORDANCE is complete. However, you guys know how I roll. This will be Tobu's story ^_^ I hope you guys enjoy the teasers :) <3

This will be dealing with Broken Marriage, Miscarriage, Abuse, Divorce, Possible Rape, etc. It's a darker story but I pray God can get me through to get it told haha.

When the water met the earth, it brought forth seeds that grew into flowers

Yokohama Ryusei as Nakamura Tobu (28)

Lesego Legobane as Leah "Lee" Williams (28)

“I want a divorce.” He froze, eyes wide.

“How can you look at me and tell me that?” Her eyes filled with tears. Her mouth was shut. He tightened his fists.

“The love we have… it means nothing to you?” His voice was hurt and it pained her.

“Tobu…” He inhaled and grew closer until he had her pressed back against the wall.

“Who put you up to this Lee?” She took a shaky breath.

“No-Nobody. I-I just think we’re better apart.” His eyes met hers.

“Why?” She was quiet.

“I know you’re scared. You’re afraid to let someone in.” She turned her face and sighed.

“I ain’t scared.”

“Then… why are you trembling?” His voice was soft against her cheek. She swallowed tightly.

“Tobu… just… just let me go.” His hands left the wall and slid around her waist, pulling her against him.

“Never.” She closed her eyes and took a shaky breath. He felt so good… so right.

“You don’t have to be scared to love me Lee. I’m not going anywhere.”

“I can’t do anything right for you. I can’t be what you need…” She bit her lip.

“We’ve been in this thing for what five years? Not once have I been… been able to… keep a child…I’ve lost every one. I’m too cold… I bitch too much. I would rather see you with someone else.” He took her breath away when he shook her suddenly.

“Don’t talk about yourself like that Leah.” His eyes were serious, filled with pain.

“You’re my wife. Do you think I’m going to leave you because of what happened? We can keep trying. We can adopt. It doesn’t matter to me. I love you. I’m not leaving you. Do you understand me?”

“You’d be happier! We don’t talk anymore Tobu! I don’t have sex with you anymore! We practically act like strangers. How can you be happy?” He shook his head against her shoulder.

“I give you the space you… we need right now. You’re not the only one who has suffered. We lost three children Lee. It hurts me just as much as it hurts you. You think you’re the only one going through this?” Tears wet her skin.

“I’ve been there ever step of the damn way with you. I’ve been there through the tears, the fights, the loneliness. Not once have I ever thought about leaving you. You’re hurting me deep baby…” She felt the tears of her own fall down her cheeks.

“What… what did I do to deserve a man like you…”

“Don’t give up on me. Don’t give up on us Lee. I know you’re tired. Lean on me when you can’t do it anymore. I’ll hold you up.” She pulled him closer and slid her fingers into his hair.

“G-Give me some time…” He swallowed and the tears in his throat stung.

“How much time?” She brought his head up and her eyes found his.

“A little while.” She leaned up to kiss him and he pulled her up into his arms. He gripped her butt cheeks and groaned into her mouth. Feet were moving and she breathed his breath, kissing the tears away from his cheeks. She knew what was coming. And to be honest, she wanted him. It had been months since they had last made love. Just the thought of it had brought tears to her eyes. All the while,  the fear of losing another child sat in the back of her mind. He laid her on their bed and tried to get out of his clothes hastily. She watched him pull his shirt off and yank his pants down his thighs. His briefs next came off and her breath was taken. He had such a beautiful body, the sight of him yearning for her was almost too much. He reached underneath her and pulled her closer to him by her hips. He pulled her panties down her thighs and his head disappeared underneath her dress. It had been too long. Far too long. Arching her back, she moaned softly and tightened her fingers in his thick hair. It didn’t take too much and she shuddered as she surrendered to the orgasm. How her body had missed his. Gasping, she closed her eyes and smiled. Hands slid up her waist and lifted her into his arms. She straddled him.

“I missed you.” He whispered against her mouth.

“I missed you too baby.” She slid fingers through his hair, his eyes much more visible. She held him close and found him ready. Slowly, slowly she began to pull him into her very soul it seemed. He gasped and groaned, gripping her hips. She pant against his neck and softly kissed the flesh. He came into her more, more. He reached up her back and unzipped her dress. Fingers slid inside to stroke her back. Her hips rolled once and he gripped her back. He pulled at the dress and she slid out of it with ease. Kissing her, he unclasped her bra and it fell to the floor. His hands stopped her softly gyrating hips. Leaning down, he pressed a soft sweet kiss to the side of her breast.

“I’ve missed you so fucking much Lee.” She licked her lips and couldn’t help but smile. His hands softly grabbed them and she closed her eyes and moaned as he slowly licked her nipples. She moved her hips, coaxing him deeper yet. The pure pleasure he gave her was unlike anything she had ever experienced before. Tobu had a way of loving her so right that she couldn’t breathe unless he had his mouth on her, giving her air. He had a way of making her feel like she was the most beautiful woman in the world. He made her feel like she wasn’t a failure. She wrapped her arms around his neck as his lips found hers. Pressed flush against him, she took him into the stream, until the stream formed into an ocean. The fresh cold of the water rushed over them like rain and soon she couldn’t stop playing with it, the once gentle waves thrashed violently. She pressed her short nails into his back and let out the very groan that had been sitting in her belly, waiting to be released. Their hips danced, so many twists and turns it became dizzying.

“Tobu…. Tobu…” She called and his breath answered. He held her hips still and leaned her back into the comforter. He slid his arms down to keep her pressed tightly against him and she gripped his biceps. She couldn’t breathe. She needed air. His hips met hers and the way he came into her so desperately spoke of their deprivation. He breathed life into her lungs and the groan that came into her spoke to her womb just as his hips pumping into her hungrily spoke to her spirit. She felt consumed by him. She arched her back and pushed back at him, needing him to set her entire being on fire. He gasped and pressed his face against her ribcage.

“Fuck baby… fuck fuck… Lee… Oh God Lee…” He was close, she could feel it in the way he sobbed against her, his muscles screaming for release. And if he was ready, so was she. A great white blue wave crashed, submerging them. She felt like she was drowning in him. She cried out, his name loudly written into the very walls. He shuddered against her as he came, their breaths hard. He pressed his face against her breast and she wrapped her arms around him, holding him safe so nothing could get him. Not anymore.

“Excuse me?” She turned to find almond shaped eyes looking at her.

“Would you happen to know where this place is?” She was shell shocked, her mouth dropped open.

“Um… Uh…” He stood over her, had to be at least 6’1”. She bet she looked like a dwarf next to him with her modest little 4’11”. But even so, he had legs for days and her eyes couldn’t help but soak up his body with a biscuit. He chuckled.

“Ma’am, you’re undressing me.” She blushed and cleared her throat.

“I am so sorry… Um… Um, w-what are you looking for again?”

“A place called Gogo’s. It’s a Japanese restaurant.” Ah, so he was Japanese? That made the accent he had make more sense.

“Gogo’s. You’re close actually. It’s straight up the street. See that light?” He didn’t turn his gaze away from her to see where she had pointed her finger. Her blush grew darker.

“Uh… well w-when you get there, you’ll make a left and it should be there sign and everything.”

“I see.” His voice was delightful, deep and much huskier than at the start of this conversation.

“Glad I could help.” She smiled at him.

“You helped in more ways than one.” He grinned.

    “I-I should go now.”

“Travel safe beautiful.” She felt hot all over and smiled weakly as he winked before crossing the street. Jesus, who the hell was that? Her eyes followed him until he went around the corner and sighed, pressing her hands to her cheeks. Lord be still within her. Her phone suddenly rang and she picked it up.

“Hey girl, you wanna go to lunch?” It was her friend, Rae. They had been friends in college, roommates all through the four years and even had a small apartment in grad school. She was one of her best friends.

“Hey Rae. Sure. I just got off of work not too long ago. Where were you thinking?”

“Guilliani’s. I am dying for some pasta.” She laughed.

“Rae, didn’t you and Hiroto just have a baby? You tryna pack more weight on?” Rae sucked her teeth.

“Girl bye. I had to starve practically during pregnancy. A sista couldn’t eat nothin. Now that we had our little pooter poo, all I want now is some Fettuccine and some wine.” She grinned.

“You a mess. Fine. Guilliani’s it is.”

“Meet you in ten.” She hung up.

Crossing the street, she headed down the sidewalk and turned left. As she passed the window, she felt eyes on her and turned to find the man she’d met just a second ago, smiling at her, his eyes playful yet intense. She froze, his gaze drawing her in. She noticed a woman sitting with him and she stopped talking and turned to face her. At the sight of her, distaste grew on her face. She found her eyes and pursed her lips. Girl please. If that is your man, keep him. She glanced at him again before focusing on the sheer glass. She tried to ignore his gaze as she fixed her hair, tossing it over her shoulder. Looking herself over, she sighed. Their gaze met one last time and he was grinning. He flirtatiously lifted his eyebrows and winked enjoying the blush that came to her. She mouthed “I don’t think so.” The woman waved her hand over his face and he slowly brought his gaze away from her. Sighing, she walked away from the window and entered Guilliani’s. She found a seat near the window and placed her clutch on the table.

“Hey boo.” Looking up, she found Rae standing there glowing bright as the sun.

“Girl. Pregnancy did you good. Damn. You look amazing.” She blushed and waved her off.

“Nah but let’s talk about you Ms. Thing. Who told you to wear your Fuck-Me-Heels to work though? You tryna catch a man?” She laughed and rolled her eyes.

“I ain’t tryna catch nobody. A woman can wear what she want when she the boss.” Rae grinned.

“I hear that. You do it so well.”

“Hey, it ain’t me. All thanks to God.” Rae nodded and sat down.

“Amen. I agree on that one! So, how’s everything been?”

“Good. I didn’t have to oversee much today that’s why I left early. I just checked to see that everything was in order. Girl, you know how long it took to get my practice running? I am just now starting to get established clientele.”

“That’s that sayin: Don’t despise small beginnings?”

“I know Rae. Sometimes I just get frustrated.” Rae slid her hand across the table and gently squeezed her hand.

“I know sis. I got you. Take a breath. God gon work it all out.”

    “How may I help you?”

“Oh. Two Fettuccine Alfredo one with broccoli and one without and two glasses of wine.”

    “Any particular kind?”

    “Coming up.”

“Girl you will never believe what happened today.” Rae leaned forward on the table.

“I ran into this extra fine man today and I was stuttering like Boo Boo the Fool. My tongue was gone.” Rae laughed.

    “He was that fine?”

“Girl. He was six feet of pure man. I swear I wanted to climb him like Jack and the Beanstalk.” Rae spit out the complementary glass of water and laughed harder.

“Lee. You is crazy. You know that? Crazy.” She grinned.

“A girl just gotta be honest. He was foine. Not just fine. Foine.”

“Well you shoulda got them digits then. Shame on you letting that foine man go.”

“He was on his way somewhere and I was still blubbering.”

“You gon see him again. Watch.” She chuckled.

    “We’ll see.”

“Mmhm. We’ll see.” She just didn’t know soon after, it would be so quick.
