Title: Chapter 14: Fourteen

I sometimes forget just how young she is compared to Noah.  Despite her fathers abhorrent parental care, she is still very much naive to men and life in general.  The reason she is so volatile in her emotions despite pregnancy hormones is her age.  Definitely Noah doesn't help by not speaking much but I am curious to learn more about his childhood and how that has shaped him.  I really think that is what she needs to hear to start to see him as human and not her captor.

Glad it's back, that you're back.  She will need to have some self esteem dealing with these tricks he's around.  Never let them see you sweat.

Now, did she really think Noah didn't have contingency plans on this first outing.  C'mon now.  Looking forward to how he handles her at home.

Title: Chapter 9: Nine

Wow, he went there.  I would be second guessing about leaving him at least in the immediate future.  Can't say I would give up all hope of ever getting away if he continues to treat me like this.  Again, wow!  A little speechless.  I want to know if she is really bruised with sores and once she wakes up it may recede to a little stiffness.  Either way, without her agreement, that is a mental trip.  White man whips black woman as punishment for trying to run away.  Are you sending us metaphors here ;).  Hmmmmmm.   Wonder what he will do next?  Wonder what is in his mind right now?  Such a tender moment at the end.

Title: Chapter 10: Ten

Why do I think some chick burst thru.  Only a woman who thinks her va jay jay is gold is bold enough for that with Noah.  Damn, he was about to get him some action.

Title: Chapter 11: Eleven

Wooooaaaahhhhh!!!!  That was intense.  This doesn't appear to be a fling for Noah.  I wonder if he knew about her long before she was really aware of him.  He staking claim on the vajayjay though!  Wonder how the rest of her days are going to be like since he's tasted the goods.  Curious to what happened before this b/c he was a man on a mission and didn't take time to truly prepare her and Noah isn't a novice to lovemaking or a woman's body.

Summary:

Warrick Mungo was a senior in college at Wolfpax University. Son of the Alpha Rex, or Alpha King, he enjoyed all of the benefits of his position as Royal Enforcer and Captain of the Claw Ball team. He was the youngest of fourteen sons. Why did he have to be the one to receive the Alpha Rex gene, anyway? It was always the eldest son of the Alpha Rex and his true mate. Everybody knew that. Warrick just didn't understand how his parents expected for him to put any effort into locating his mate so that he could settle down, when there were so many interesting flavors still left to sample. Then there was The Problem. The one that seemed to unnerve even his father. Everyone thought that if he just found his Regina, his balance, The Problem would be automatically under control. He isn't so sure that just meeting his Regina will make everything right. What if she fears him, too? What if his responsibilities put her in danger? All he knows for sure is that he's not ready to meet her...yet.

Thandie was in a category all her own. A certified genius of geniuses, she had come to the university on a mission to find her purpose in life. You'd think that four PhD's would have done that already, but no. She was bored again, and a bored Thandie was a terror that her Alpha simply could not allow. So when she turned eighteen, he sent her to the territory of the Alpha Rex while she attended Wolfpax U. Socially awkward, overweight and haphazardly dressed, and then there's The Other Part that shall not be named outside of the pack house. Let's just say that she had always stood out. Her pack, and her Alpha, always loved and protected her tender and loving heart. The Alpha even sent fifty Enforcers to University with her just for her protection from...well her own clumsiness for starters. They were also in place to stop others from discovering...well, The Other Part. How will she cope with leaving home to go away to school for the first time ever, without her beloved brother, Theo? How will she cope with the path she must walk to get there? Moreover, is she ready for the possibility that she will finally meet her mate?

*Note: When I finish it, This Book Will Be Published. If someone offers me a contract, I will not finish posting it online. I'm sorry for any disappointment this may cause, but I really believe in this story. I hope you guys will support me, anyway, and help me to polish it until it shines.

Wow, I love this story more and more as you update.  I can envision every scene as if I am watching it and love we will have a backstory as reasons for decisions made in the future.  I really can't wait until they meet.  All of the characters are likeable.  Really enjoying and can't wait for the next updates today.

Title: Chapter 8: Chapter 8: James, Theo and Eli

This last chapter had tears in my eyes because it was like a going away, becoming an adult celebration and all of the parents are realizing their young ones are now all adults.  It was touching without being overly emotional.  I feel sad for James as he really wants Thandie as his mate.  Hopefully he will meet his mate the same time as she meets hers.  She is one powerful wolf so whoever fate has in store for her would need to be very powerful as well. "Wink!wink". Eagerly awaiting your next update.  Just so you know, when you publish, I will buy.

Author's Response:

Anyone who has experienced that moment when you have to stop holding their hands knows how these parents feel. Thank you. I try to have a light touch, and not become too maudlin. I think James has a bigger role to play in the story. His character is far more complex than I had initially made him out to be. He will definitely be powerful. The next update should be next weekend. Thank you so much! That means the world to me.

Title: Chapter 5: Chapter 5

Mark can kick rocks.  You want to deprive Kerri of what you are seeking for yourself with Quen.  She is suppose to wait on the sidelines while you have a family with Quen.  As a true friend you made the decision to PROPOSE to someone else.  You have no rights to jealousy from YOUR decisions.  He is a entitled, spoiled brat who doesn't love nor care for her feelings, otherwise he would wish her well and just warm Brandon not to play with her emotions that he is so good at doing.

Title: Chapter 7: Chapter 7

I would like to see Marks viewpoint again.  Why didn't he want Kerri and what was it about Quen that made him propose in 8 days.  Honestly that would hurt me the most and what I couldn't get over.  In all honesty, I probably would have distanced myself from the whole family and found a live interest outside the family not to be surrounded by Mark's dumbass.  How unworthy do you think I am that you proposed to someone you just met after 8 days.  It seems like she was always the back-up.  What do they say, always a bridesmaid and never a bride but he wants to keep her from becoming a bride. Men, and they say women are complicated.

Title: Chapter 6: Chapter 6

If nothing else wakes her up from any of Mark's temper tantrums it is the fact that out of all the years of knowing him and basically being a girlfriend he CHOSE another woman over you and I don't care, NO woman deserves to be second choice.  We all deserve to feel that we are the best.  I hope Brandon is real bad truly wants her at his died and not just a girl to sex.

Well he tried to keep his cool and not hurt her feelings but she wouldn't shut up and now her feelings are all hurt.  If a dude tells you from the jump that you are only a f*cktoy don't get your hopes up that your pu$$y is somehow different and will get him on lockdown.  Obviously Gwen he has been putting it to you for awhile and he still wasn't committed to you.  Now the question is what is this dumb girl about to do to Charlie or Reese.  Have to admit I drooled and was in rapture when he said "Charlie is mine!"  Loved it!! Title: Lovers' Dance

I love their interaction and I really want them to make it and just give a F*uck dat bish dance all across the floor at their wedding.  I am not liking how Adam and Nathan still don't consider her an equal or worthy to be on Matt's arm.  How do you like her but still carry that same BS thought.  It was quite interesting because I see that Matt is going to have to really set them straight on what he feels for his poppet.  I definitely see Louisa trying something at this ball on Sunday and I hope based off of the experience he has just had, he will keep any contact w/ her minimum and put her in her place.  I want to know what Grandpa thought after that dinner dressing down she gave him.  I am loving this story so much that I can't wait for your next chapter.

Also, Madi, please leave Dante alone.  Why lust or long for a man who hasn't thought of you in a way that deserves more than the title of best friend.  I feel like Dante plays with her emotions for his own ego stroking.  She needs to let that fantasy go and deal in reality with Matthew.  After seeing him and Louisa she should understand how he feels with her and Dante.  Hope something happens to wake her up before she loses a good man for this.

Title: Lovers' Dance

Hmmm, what he should have said was take their rumors and shove it up their behinds.  How do you expect her to act Matt when you constantly reinforce image and reputation on her when you are out and she does something.  She needs to take notes from Bella on how to keep herself at functions but still be herself.  What is he going to do now that he see's the change in her personality happen.  He fell in love with her because she was different but yet wants her to be the same.  A man as powerful as him should be okay against the small things she does.  She is feeling pressure Matt and she needs reassurances from you, not added scrutiny and pressure.

Title: Lovers' Dance

Aww, thank you for the honorable mention.  I continue to love this story.  Can I say, I can't wait for Thanksgiving.  Woohoo!!!  I am just all aflutter thinking about Matt and Aunt Cleo coming together in one room.  I do hope Matt rents a hotel room for them because I don't want poppet subjected to their derision and sure fire condemnation of their relationship while Matt isn't there as a buffer or a beacon of light in the shit storm i am sure is coming from her family.  Together they just work.  They expose each other to different things which will keep their relationship interesting in years to come.   Poppet keeps Matt from being bogged down in work 24/7.  I feel like if he did marry Louisa, she would let him work himself into an early grave and then rejoice in the money she had.  Whereas Poppet will make sure he eats and takes a break from working.  I don't know, I just love them and if you ever take this story off of the Chamber, I better be able to purchase it for my library.  I already have 2 other authors on here published works.  OMG, why am I daydreaming about them sitting down to thanksgiving dinner.  Gobble gobble.

Title: Lovers' Dance

More great chapters.  Dante's behind needs to back up.  Yes, being friends sometimes means getting into the dirt with them but you at least temper it and continue periodically to at least suggest alternatives.  Hell now that Matt is in the picture, she could have sexed Matt up for the whole time without having to be drunk or high.  Loved how Matt took care of Bret real quick and shocked the hell out of all of them by speaking Spanish.  Damn, she can't get any of her friends to root for her relationship.  She surrounded by youngsters for real.  What the hell does age have to do with anything when there are 50% divorce rates with people who are closer in age.  Everyone needs to realize AGE doesn't guarantee happiness.  It is all of the other stuff that goes with it.  I was not feeling her friends from home nor am I any closer to being warmer to Dante.  Why the hell would you sleep in her bed when your ass got a woman.  That is disrespectful to your relationship.  IDGAF how close your friendship is, shit like that ends when you are in a relationship.  Now if Louisa as she thought or any other woman was sleeping in Matt's bed like that she would not be a happy camper.  Same goes for her.  I think Matt is questioning more so if he is strong enough to help her as he wants to do.  He has never been on the sidelines of something like this and his insecurities are being projected onto Madison.  I think he will reflect and come to realize thru the good and bad, she is the one for him.  At least I hope so.  Another great update.

Title: Lovers' Dance

Does none of her friends tried to tell her this kind of behavior is unhealthy and after all this time she needs to get freakin' help and stop enabling her with this behavior.  Matt is about to flip his shit.  Nathan condescending ass could have went back to work.  He just wanted to be nosy.  Bella would help and keep Matt under control.  Dante needs to be popped in his mouths because lo and behold it ain't either one of their freakin places, it is Madi.  He had keys bish so obviously it is like his place.  Nobody had to get up and answer the door.  I hope Matt tells her she needs to get her stuff together because this is not honoring her parents but instead having them looking down in disappointment that their daughter isn't strong enough to handle her grief even at 27 like an adult.  Feel sad, hurt etc, you are entitled to all of those emotions but getting drunk and high off your ass is not the way to do it (mourn).  Oh by the way, that damn game or tradition will be coming to an end if Matt has anything to say about it.   Feening for your next update.  Good work.

Title: Lovers' Dance

My eyes lit up when I saw this updated and a huge smile came upon my face.  I have been stalking the site for an update and so happy to see one.  It was another great chapter and enjoyed the dialogue between matt and poppet.   I don't know if she realized it but Matt was able to get her to smile and laugh in less than 5 minutes and he is her other half, hence why he is able to know what she is doing and thinking.  Can't wait for future updates.

Title: Lovers' Dance

Woohoo, I am always so excited to see this story updated.  They definitely need to have a talk about race because in Matt's circles where they will view her as different it will come up, the sly remarks like Mrs. Vanderbilt couched in politically correct terms.  Bottom line, the biggest issue everyone has with her is her race and then secondly it is money.  If they don't address it at home, they will not know how to respond at the events he will want her to attend with him.  Matt most definitely has to look at hidden meanings when people say things.  POC have to do it all the time.  Maddie has to be patient  with Matt because these are things that would fly over his head not being exposed to how they can hurt a POC.  I see some more enlightening conversations for Matt with friends and acquaintances in the future.  Still can't wait for your next update.

Title: Lovers' Dance

I really like this story.  Matt and Poppet are hilarious together and I really hate the real world is about to intrude on their happiness.  I can see why her momma wanted Aunt Cleo out of their lives.  She needs to ask her grown ass kids for help.  I hope Matt can withstand the hate and manipulation coming his way.  I really want them to make it.  She needs to give up on Dante.  Any man who has been around you for as ling as he has and hasn't looked at you as more than a friend, let it go.  Deserve to be front and center vs an afterthought and wonder what he is going to do when this information comes out because I know he recognizes that she had a crush on him.  Matt is so perfectly flawed that it is great.  Can't wait to read more.

Title: Chapter 1: Chapter 1

Madi need to get a backbone with Aunt Cleo because I wouldn't give a damn about her opinion when her kids haven't turned out like anything.  Where you gonna get the money to come here.  I ain't sending you none.  Matt was right because if his family said similar shit about her she would be offended and call them racist.  The shoe goes on both feet.  I hope she gives him the benefit if the doubt and Nathan as a friend need to just support his friend and stop with the snide, subliminal comments.  That is ticking me off.  He hasn't learned from dating his girlfriend.  His friend is happy and that should be what matters.  He bowed down to his family and he expects Matt to do the same.  You are spoiling me with so many updates.

Lajack1, I must say you had me bursting out in laughter with your comment. Just love it. 'I ain't sending you none' That's just classic!
