Benjamin Cunningham III decided to finally open the box that his adopted parents had given him which would reveal his past. Little did he know that its contents would change his life forever.
I love it and honestly I am neither surprised nor offended by his reaction to his real mother.I think he's hurt and maybe ashamed about the circumstances of his conception and not so mmuch the fact that his mother is black. Brenda, you tell your stories so well and I'm here for the long haul.
Bennie was taken totally off guard. He was just shocked that he was black. Now he feels that he really doesn't know who he is which is unsettling to him. Also, yes he is disturbed by the circumstances of his conception. More is coming!
