I'm 36 and have lived my life believing in the beauty and the power of words, both written and spoken. I have written fanfiction for a number of years to hone my craft and even though I'm still learning, I'm ready to move on to the next chapter of my life and share with the rest of the world.


When I'm not writing, I work- hard. I just graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelors of Sciene in  Communication. I do plan on going for my Masters but I'm on the fence on which program to tackle. A decision for a different day.


All in all, I just want to share my perspective through the written word. I hope you enjoy the journey...


 


***Update***


Writing has been some what of a hit or miss with me lately and I've had to do some rethinking. With that reflection, I've decided to take Underneath It All down and a few other stories. At this point, I'm not sure whether I'll ever be published but it is not out of the realm of possibilities. I want to thank all of those who read and enjoyed my work. As for the contest and guidelines, I think it's a phenomenal idea.

One guideline I think would be important is that the author updates the story on a regular basis ( I know that's rich coming from me, lol).If an author is serious about the craft and their desire to publish, they should be working on it steadily.

Title: Chapter 2: {Two}

No words can describe how awesome this chapter (story) is. I'm taking my time reading it because I want to get the full effect. I have a feeling that Glenna, although properly put in her place for now, is not done. She's threatened; Ana's sweetness and innocence in Will's eyes  are detrimental to her survival. I'm hooked to say the least.

Title: Chapter 4: {Four}

Fredrick's sick in the head- and that's just because he actually thinks he's going to be able to take Ana away from Will. He's a deplorable human being (using that word as loosely as I can) and if Horace's treatment is any indication,Will will spare no expense in kicking  Fredrick's a**. So, to recap, there's Glenna trying her very best to split Will and Ana up and Fredrick who believes that Ana's waiting for him with bated breath....Oh yeah, this story's getting good.

I'm thoroughly hooked! Glenna turned out to be something more than I expected but now, Edward's becoming a pain in the neck. Gratefully, Will's on to Fredrick and is watching every move  he makes.  Can't wait for more!

Title: Chapter 6: {Six}

Fredrick is way too destructive and terrorizing than anything I've ever known. It's quite disturbing how he believes that every one else is wrong in believing the truth. That just  shows how far off his tilt he is. Will will definitely have to keep up with Fredrick if he's to save Ana- and Elle.

Ana seems to be finally letting the past go even as Fredrick's barreling toward her. I can only hope that Will's self assurance won't blind him to the dangers that are lurking around him. I can't wait for more!

PHENOMENAL! Simply phenomenal! It was definitely worth the wait! Dice wasn't expecting the beat down of a life time but Xavier brought it, and brought it well. I hope that Camille now knows that part of her life should end and she should move on and I'm ever hopeful that she moves on with Xavier. But there's one very important aspect in the way of everything- Trust. Xavier for damn sure doesn't have it right now and well, Camille...

I'm patiently waiting for the next phenomenal chapter to come!

Most of us know that it takes some time to heal and be able to trust anyone again. And we also know that a relationship without trust cannot last. Title: Teach Me How To Be Loved

This girl...gah, she's a wreck. What would it have taken for her to see that this Dice idiot wasn't any good? Just like Tasha, I wonder if given the chance, would she go back to him?  Tasha had some good points; Camille's trying to supplement love. She's taking it from any where she can get it, even if it's rotten to the core. I have a feeling that Dice isn't through with her and perhaps, she'll finally see the error of her ways. She's so broken though, I wonder, will she ever be able to trust?

Crucial chapter but well worth the wait.

Lol Yeah, I agree she's a wreck. I felt that this chapter was very important for the story to go on. So often you see people who have lacked that mother or father love growing up to were they try and fill that void. And maybe that's what Camille's doing. I hope that makes sense.

Pain makes people do crazy things. Props to Luke for having the rational mind ( if that is entirely possible) of the two. Alex is hurt, she wants to inflict pain but I can guarantee that this gets worst before it  gets better. I can't wait to be there for it.

Title: Chapter 3: Chapter 3: Try Sleeping With a Broken Heart

Enjoyed it thoroughly! Poor Alex; at her wits end about Tyler and his commitment issues and unable to reconcile her love for him. Harsh as it is, it is a reality and before she can get through, she's gotta go through. That's what I love about this story, it's not afraid to put everything out there on front street. I adore Alex because even though she's weak for her heart, she's learning and understanding that she can make the changes she wants.  At this point (even though I'm getting half of the story), I'm not all that into Tyler. He expects that Alex will be there through his chronic  issues.  I say hooray for Alex for reaching for that breath of fresh air!

Title: Chapter 4: Chapter 4: Fuck it! (I Don't Want You Back)

I think I said something about how bad of an idea revenge was, right? I wasn't far off the bat  but seriously, what did Tyler expect? He'd harangued her about her relationship with Lucas ( which is more platatonic than a little bit - at least on  one side at the moment) and then expects her to just wait until he deems her worthy of marriage. Tyler needs to heal thyself, seriously. It's a bit of annoying but I'm willing to look past it because this story is ridiculously phenomenal!

Title: Good Grief

Karma is indeed a fickle thing...lol. This chapter was simply awesome! I liked that Jason didn't give up on Sienna (per se) and that Suzy finally got her commeupance (in more ways than one). Most of all, I'm glad Sienna finally found herself. That, to me, was the best part of it all.

Now, time to make with the apology and make up sex *evil grin*

Title: Good Grief

 I loved the flow of this chapter; it was easy going and it really did delve deeper than just the quick bangs (however hot they were, lol). It's refreshing to get into the character's head and hear exactly what they're thinking, feeling. It made the entire pacing situation go away. You're well on your way, well on your way:D.

O_O....Oh NO! Jason knows her sister and I'm suspecting she knows him intimately. If this doesn't throw a nice sized wrench in everything...Just when she was about to admit she'd fallen in love with her...

I must MUST know what happens next!

Title: Good Grief

 I can't believe that I missed out on a chapter. Never fear, however, I read  it and let me just say....it was sizzling!  These two chapters alone have put a right good smile on my face. The only thing I worry about is them getting involved a bit too fast. I'm a sucker for pacing in a story and so far, it seems to be flowing in the right direction. Don't get me wrong, I love the  story and  Sienna & Jason are muy caliente  but I don't want to get burned out too fast.

I leave it in your very capable hands...I'm prepared to be dazzled!

Psha...right, Sienna. Already, she's having "those" thoughts about the man she met in a cemetery.  It will start off as a friendship but judging by Jason's patterns and desires, it won't be long before they're being more than just friends. That aside, I really liked this chapter. We got to see Sienna's pain and strength as well as her support system. Conversely, we got to see Jason topple from his high horse. Death is humbling; in the face of it, we're all the same. I think Francis' death will open Jason's eyes to more than one thing...

Oh and the heat is on, in more ways than one. These two...they're combustible! I can only imagine how hot it will be when they actually get together (please say this is going to happen, I mean...really, after reading their dreams...).

On the fliip side of that, I'm extremely impressed that Jason has taken control of his life and changed it for the better. There's depth there, growth, and an  insane amount of maturity he was lacking before his mother passed. Glad to see that he's dealing with it in a healthy manner.

Now...about those two gettting together...lol

Loved the chapter but it seems that they got serious in a hurry. I can see them exploring each other (other than in the bed, that is) more, learning each other as only time would allow. What they have promises to be hot, for sure, why not let us in on the journey! Keep going, I'll need my fix soon.
