Summary:

Marissa Jacobs is the assistant to her tyrannical boss Ron Kincaid who is going through a bitter divorce. As the holiday season approaches, her will and sanity is tested by Ron. When Ron shows up at Marissa's apartment drunk, Marissa makes it her mission to help Ron see there is more to life than just being bitter and mean. Of course, she wasn't expecting to fall in love with him.

Title: Chapter 2: Chapter 2

Ron Kincaid sounds like a true bastard. I had a boss like that who was a female and she was very, very hard to deal with. You never knew what mood she was in. I feel so bad for Marissa for having to put up with a man like that. He has no class and is not very professional if he's using words like "cunt" in the office which is the ultimate disrespect towards a woman. 

I am interested in this story because I want to see just how much Marissa changes him for the better, at least I hope she does. 

Great first chapter!

Title: Chapter 2: Chapter 1: My Life

Finally was able to do some reading and decided to read your newest story, this one! First of all, child what are you going through to make you write a story like this? Not that you have to tell me, but I did read your author's note which is why I asked. 

This story is so dark, it made me cringe and have a bad taste in my mouth. So you know that if you can get me to do all of that you got some great writing skills. And even though I didn't like what this poor girl was going through and feeling like she was another Precious (the movie) I loved the way you told the story.

This chapter was hard to get through, but I'm going to wait for the next one because I hope something or someone good comes into this girl's life! I want, no need more chapters so I can see if this girl's life get at least slightly better.
