i don't know who to feel worse for, seleah or Dem. it is obvious that bernard is a little coward just like his father. hopefully dem won't act out too much. he has too much potential to let it waste, just bc he's upset with the world.

Great update Brenda! I sense the story is coming to an end? I look forward to reading what's next. 

I AM SO GLAD THE TRUTH IS OUT. I hope Dem can reflect on the events but I can understand how he feels.

Great update.  It seems that the date went very well.  I wonder what Anton's wife is going to say when she realizes that Damaris is her husbands child and not her sons.  What a mess.  I can only imagine how Damris is going to react when he find out that he was conceived when his mother was raped. Durn I kmow the truth must be revealed so the healing can begin but...but....the pain it's going to cause.  Paula thinking she failed her daughter after all she did to try and prevent just that thing happening, Jaylyn and Marri fining out that she sacrificed herself to save them. Dem finding out that that the man that he has known as his father is not but a pedophile that was suppose to be a man of God.  I just can't believe though that Leah was his first and only victim though and that Ms. Walker did not know his dirty deeds.  Mmm Mmm Mmm well enough of my rambling.

I love the fact that you had both Joe and Seleah seek out God to help them find the answers to help them heal.  I especially love the dreams scenes were they spoke to GOD it was very emotionally. Joe asked for Leah to be dropped in her lap and GOD made sure to drop his wife in his lap..

Seleah almost revealed all to Amaris. You would think that Amaris would have talked to her mom by now and to try to piece it all together. Regardless, Demaris is going to confront her the next day.

Wow! So the preacher had a kid Seleah's age. I wonder if he knew what his dad did to Seleah? Mrs. Walker surely didn't know. She's in for a big surprise!

Good insight on Seleah's current life. I don't think that anyone would have guessed that she had it that bad. I was shocked by her wardrobe. 

Well you know how they say you should never judge a book by it's cover well I am sad to have to say that I failed that saying.  Ms. B you have definitely redeemed Seleah in my eyes.  I feel so sorry for her and hope she gets the help she deserves.

Oh my goodness!  It seems the truth about Dem's parentage is getting closer and closer.  I want the truth to come out but I don't want the pain that comes with that truth.
