Title: C is for Compromise

Loved it. He will be the one to help make her whole again and when the family starts talking out of the side of their heads, he will stop them dead in their tracks. I hope if she feels comfortable enough, on this first date she would open up to him and let him be with her every step of the way to getting her confidence back outside of the classroom. AJ does not look like he is going anywhere, anytime soon. If she dos not open up to him, he should do a background check on her, to see what kind of disgusting family she has, I bet they have some skeltons in their closets. I know going behind her back would not be a good thing, but I'm unsure if she will tell him all that has happened to her. By all means he needs to meet up with the ex at some point.

Why so short?  Esther will blow a gasket when she realizes that A.J. is on her like a heat seeking missle!!  So good, can we have longer chapters please?!

Absolutely fantastic story. You've fleshed out Esther's character so well and I think that it's really good when stories deal with important subjects such as societal pressure to conform, self harm and suicide.

 

Please keep up the good work with this story.

Her parents were a piece of work, how could you say those things to your child?  A.J. to the rescue!!!  Is Esther getting psychological help?  Medicine is fine but if she isn't seeing a psychiatrist she will never truly heal.  Loving this story!!

I like the story and how you set it up, but that drug is used to treat Alzheimer's Disease and if she has dementia that is irreversible unless you write it to be curable.  Great story though! More!
