I like him. Allegra has been blowing hot and cold, encouraging him to have a one night stand. I honestly think that he could have waited for her indefinitely, if only she gave him consistent encouragement that she could feel for him what he felt for her. However, absent that type of encouragement, she really has no right to be hurt or otherwise upset.

I totally agree with you. The guy has urges and it's not clear whether she likes him or not. Plus, she wanted him to have sex and he complied with what she wanted, so I think that she really needs to get a life and let Chris live his.

I was shocked that he hooked up with someone, but Allegra needed to know that he is not going to wait around for her. Now her green monster is starting to come out.

I am so disappointed with Chris. If he loves her, then be a man and tell her. If she says no she cannot return thoses feelings, then move on and be with Isobel. How can he open his mouth to say he loves her and then sleeps with a perfect stranger. Yes his sister had a right to call him on it after what he said at the engagement party, but not to throw the dad issues in his face. He needs to see his therapist, he has no self confidence at all. If I were her I wouldn;t want to be with him anymore. How did he think she would react when he walked in the room?

I'm not mad at Chris. He's a grown man with needs and the woman that he has feelings for keeps him at an emotional distance so he did what he had to do. His sister was acting like he cheated on her moreso than Allegra and she was really foul for what she said. She knows the hurt that Chris carries behind his father so for her to even appear to agree with anything the father says was very childish. Thumbs up to Chris for getting it all nite and half the day long though. Hopefully that will hold him for a while b/c you never know how long it will take before the relationship with Allegra gets physical...or even if it will.

First thing: thank you for the amazing review. That's exactly what I wanted to come across. Chris is only human and he makes mistakes. He already feels guilty about cheating on his feelings for Allegra, but let's face it, he needed the sex. Kirsten acted like a spoiled child who has a temper tantrum because she didn't obtain what she wanted, and unfotunately she didn't dose her words and thus she managed to almost lose her brother. Who knows if he and Allegra will ever.....but they just might, sooner that you think. Or maybe they might just not have sex at all....

I don't Chris but I am surprised. I hate that he has giving up on Allegra without telling her how he feels. Kristen just lost mind knowind hiw her fatheer treats Chris that was so wrong. Allegra needs to lose the tude as you two are just friends and Chris doesn't realize that you return his feelings. No you won't have to hook him up as he hooked himself up. Be happy Chris finally got some, could've been you but you're pushing Chris away. Still not feeling Allegra. They both need to put in their big people draws!!

Kirsten is unbelievable. I just can't get that round my head. I know that I am writing everything but I can feel what Chris is feeling and I know that it won't be easy for him to forgive his sister, but she is his sister after all. Allegra won't probably loose the attitude for a long time as she wants to see Chris as a friend and not something more. She's not even aware of the fact that she has feelings for him, or she knows and doesn't want to admit it. About you not feeling Allegra I can just say that it will get worse in the next 2 chapters, believe me. You'll probably despise her forever or at least for a really long time.

I loved it. Chris knows Allegra doesn't want him. And she does she is putting him at arms length. This chapter made Chris seem more human. I am saddened by his sister.
