I like the complexity of their relationship. Even if Anthony's explanation for keeping her a secret from his family is completely shady, in my opinion. Especially considering he knew how his father treated Nathalia and that it hurt her like nothing. Really, if she's so important to him, his family's opinion shouldn't have mattered. I can't explain why, but something about Anthony always kept me from connecting with this character. Even about Rich, who I consider is a gold brother. I always felt that his hurting words and action were based on his concern for his brother. Anthony, being his brother, should have known better (regarding how he used to talk about him in the previous chapters).

Anthony's explanation is what it is, as is the importance he places on family. It's not everyone's reality. I'm not of a culture where family comes second only to God. However, many people are, as is Anthony. I can't fully relate, but I do respect it.
Rich did a very good thing and generally has good intention. But he doesn't always do or say what's best for his brother, even when that's his goal--like when tried to convince Ant to break up with Nat and set him up to cheat on her. Knowing Rich is precisely why Anthony doesn't trust everything he says or does--that and he's extraordinarily protective of Nat. It's not everybody's cup of tea, but it is who he is.

I just have this huge smile/grin on my face once I read the end when Rich strolled into the kitchen. OMG he is too much. He set them up. He is a damn good actor b/c I thought he was drunk for real. I am so happy that they aired the dirty laundry sort of speak even if it was in the heat of the moment, they were honest about what happened and acknowledge as the underlying issue, their insecurities that broke this relationship apart. They have to make sure they communicate with each other, no matter how hard it may be. Can't wait until the family (both of them) hear about this going on.
Now on a side note: Chick (sabrina) how in da hell do you go to your ex's family's holiday celebration when you not family. You were a place holder until he got enough gumption to come get the rightful woman to stand next to him. Hint: that wasn't you. She will be a problem and he need to handle that stalker quick. Get a restraining order, change the locks etc. Hey let Rich buy the condo and Ant move back in with Nat. Now that would really get the tongue's wagging.

You're right, communication will be key for these two moving forward, especially when Anthony's family learns of their involvement. After Natalia's break-up with Jamison, hers is pretty much done with her, at least her father is. Her mother pretends to be and Nat wishes Barbara was.

Joelle, like always you amaze me. This chapter was just so perfect in so many ways. Where to begin Rich is one character that you need in your life because even though he is an ass hole he is a very honest ass hole and he made Natalia laugh even when she was trying not to. I knew I liked him for a reason.
The truth shall set you free and it truly need both Natalia and Anthony let insecurities and miscommunication lead them down a path of misunderstandings and regret. Both thought they were protecting each other from things that they wanted for each other and in the end it was that silence and protection that tore them apart. For the first time in a long time it must have been uplifting to finally speak a truth that their hearts were protecting them from. It's so funny that these two have so much in common especially when they assumed so much about the other that what was standing right in front of them was what was missing in their lives.
Natalia admitting to herself that she loved and still wanted Anthony was a big step especially because there was no guilt associated with it. Anthony admitting that he only wanted Natalia was a big step because he was punishing himself for not being honest. And in the end it to a ploy by good Ol' Rich to get Natalia and Anthony to open up and be honest with each other and themselves. (I guess Anthony doesn't need my shoulder and boob any more, huh? Lol) Hopefully these two take things slow and learn to just be open and honest with each other. They failed at communication the last time, hopefully they learned something.
Looking forward to the next chapter.
Joelle, I have one request and it's only because I need to read it but can I have Anthony and Sabrina's break up please. PS since Richard thinks Sabrina is a great girl maybe those two can hook up. Lol

I almost choked when I read this.
You really want me to murder Anthony, right? He can not, I repeat, can not come at Nat unless he separate his dick from that placeholder. What good does him sniffing around Nat do, but cause her more pain. He's really spiraling.
Now what in the hell does Rich want? For some reason I get a brother/sister vibe between him and Nat. So, I hope all he needs is a shoulder to cry on. He doesn't seem to be handling his divorce well. I know Nat is like Brooke from Bold and the Beautiful, but Rich ain't Thorne, so no mattress mambo for them.

It seems Natalia is very popular with the Talerico men. They can't seem to stay away from her. Anthony going to the pharmacy to see her.. I wonder what he's gonna do now that the ring is missing. So happy about this update, but the cliffhanger is killing me!!! Drunk Rich on her doorstep!!!aah these Talerico men drive me crazy. Ant made a small move to see her, but then chickened out and said nothing...dammit! Nat was just waiting for him to say something...he failed. Well this was one very interesting chapter. Anthony faking an ear infection to make small talk with Natalia. I swear they need to have a real and open conversation because this somewhat awkward moment would not count as anything more than Anthony's need to see her. Natalia is correct Rich maybe everything understand sun but he is balantly honest to a fault. Looking forward to seeing Natalia getting Rich's drunk ass off her floor and if Anthiny is willing to be honest.
