Wow, Joelle, you have me feeling all types of things. And I am not sure what to think of this chapter because you have my anxiety ibn my throat.

Let me start with Anthony and his need to just avoid the truth of the matter and that is he doesn't want to be with Sabrina anymore than he wants to spend the holidays with his family. He needs to man up and staart talking and telling the treuth instead of hiding behind his heart and his head. The reason he is willing to put himself through this is because he is afraid of being open and honest. He needs to stop using Sabrina as a play thing because she wants more, she wants to be with him and be his wife and he knows it. But he needs to pick up his big boy underwear, stuff his balls in there and find his manhood and just be honest. (I still love him and he will have my shoulder and boobn. But I need him to man up.)

Sabrina either needs to get a clue or the hurt she is going to feel is well deserved since she thinks him screwing her, and letting her meet the family means a picket fence and babies. I hust don't understnad her.

Richard showing up and Natalia's was very much expected that man thinks he deserves a second chance and the fact that he thought he would show up, she would forgive his sins, because he is willing to givie her the moon right now was ballsy. I swear Richard needs to learn that his actions and his "understand" mean as much and are worth as much as the chicken shit that you walk in when on a farm. He needs to go somewhere with his self.

Anthony was honest but only in his head and I am glad that he was honest about why he didn't want Natalia to meet those people he calls a family because lets face it natalia would not have fit in, she would have felt guilty and why should she. Natalia is the only one I enjoyed in this chapter because at least she was very much honest with herself. She let Richard see her cry but isn't it funny the dam fool probably thought it was because of him. I loved how she was going to wait for him to land because she tells him no go dude.

Looking forward to the next chapter.

I'm relieved that Natalie isn't planning on giving into Richard. I can't imagine her being able to put her trust, time, and energy into someone who treated her the way that he did. At least she isn't going to string him along.  Something that he dev didn't do for her. Maybe this can be the beginning of her trying to move on and start fresh. 

Wow, Anthony really got upset.  Sabrina is asking about the child, but not the mother.  I guess she doesn't want to know. When she finds out that it was Natalia She is going to Freak out.  Maybe not since they think Natalia is getting married.  Hey, that's going to cause Anthony to probably choose Sabrina.  And what's the deal with Rich?  He's acting like Barbara. 

I think it's safe to say you pulled this story out of the fire and did a spectacular turnaround. Just wow.

Well....you warned me that I may need an alcoholic beverage but I didn't think I would need a mood stabilizer too. These last two chapters have hit me with a "one, two" combo punch. I don't even know what to say. I am emotional and hurt for both of them. I don't know what I expected when we got a look into Anthony's life but I didn't think it would be like this. He seems like a shell of what he used to be. Just going through the motions. Angry and indifferent. Whew...

I'm on an emotional rollercoaster. Natalia will be reeling from her perceived heartbreak and Anthony is just living a cold life. I want them to heal separately and then maybe find their way back together. Maybe that is my ever present optimism because that seems so impossible right now. But first and foremost, they need to heal.

Poor Anthony...Nat has cleaned house, now it's your turn.  You can settle for Sabrina or go get your girl, Nat.  

Also apologize to your knucklehead brother Rich and then take him out to lunch, hopefully you two will run into Barb (she can drop the news about the engagement being off).  Ant nevers fights Barb back, but Rich & Barb going at it...WWIII.

😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫 my heart is crying out here!!! Ok, so I admit that Jamison at first glance looked to be the one ( same age bracket ,established, caring, wanted to start a family...blah bla blah) . Not blah but you know what I mean . But as I just read the updates(I like to wait until there's more than one,helps curb the beast) I found that he would be the worst possible person for her.  I was happy she finally told him. Anthony.... Idk . He's establishing himself and all that jazz but will he be strong enough to stand up to his family ,his father, and claim her? 

And can Barb get a damn beat down please

Now I'm gonna need Ant to come at Sabrina forreal. Baby girl is giving Stepford Wife tease without request. And she seems sweet too. But knowing you, you'll slay me and change my perception of her by the next update---which I love. Wonderful chapter as usual JJ.

Awe!!!!! So sad the one thing they both loved is now gone...making. Them two broke souls missing the other to comfort each other.

Warning: longwinded!

Sometimes the epitome of perfection is not perfect.  That's what hit me when I read this chapter. Both Jamison and Natalia are supposed to be perfect examples of a mate,  but in the end they are both flawed and damaged. They are both trying to get over the hurt in their lives in their own ways - his is to blissfully ignore things, and hers seems to be to go with the flow. Furthermore,  despite their being great catches, they just don't have "it." I wish the best for them both,  but I don't think they'll find their utopia with each other. 

Sometimes things that look good on paper don't always work in reality. Likewise things that look like crap on paper, can in reality be the best thing in the world. I have a robe that is the ugliest piece of sh!t ever made - ugly color, too long,  hole burned on one side,  and too big. Everyone keeps getting me new ones - beautiful, perfect length, perfect fit, wonderful material (perfect perfect perfect! ).  Perfect in theory, but in reality they just don't suit me and make me as comfortable as mine does. 

Which brings me to Anthony. . . He's about as bad on paper and unsuitable for Talia as a man can get - but their chemistry is perfect.  I think he is her fuzzy robe. The kind of visceral reaction that they have to each other can't be developed, it's just there or it isn't.  I hope they can find their way through their Jamisons and Sabrinas, family issue, success levels, and racial & age differences and discover that despite their imperfect situation,  they are perfect for each other. 

On the other hand Barb and Rich; now that sounds like a match made in hell for real.  She needs to grow up,  mind her business, and take care of her husband. I would like to hear more about him anyway.

Yep, this ended so well for both of them. Hell, Ray, Stevie and Helen could see this shitstorm coming a mile away, yet Jamison was stunned? I'm hard hearted, 'cause I can't dredge up one iota of sympathy for him. He might want to continue to see a therapist, 'cause he's got some real shit to work through. Like, oh I don't know, wanting to live in a Magic Kingdom instead of the real world. The question is, will he talk himself into believing that Nat just had a bad day and she didn't mean it?

At least Nat finally was able to say what needed to be said. She also needs to continue to see a therapist. And if Jamison has a key to her place, either get it back or have that shit re-keyed.

Rich is a jackass, but I like that jackass. At least he says what he thinks.

As for Medusa, where is a sword when you need one? And once beheaded, would buring it keep it from turning folks to stone or would you have to burn that b? I so hope that she comes to understand that what she did was evil. Yeah, they may be sisters, but sometimes you have to love from afar.  And Nat and Medusa shouldn't even be on the same continent. Gah, I think I'd have to drag that ass just once.

I like Rita. I think her motives are more about getting Anthony and Nat together than apart. She knows her son and I think she knows that he really loved Nat. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. *lalala...*

Now, let's see how Nat progresses. She's made a good start.
