I must say, I truly enjoyed that first encounter. I can tell that I don't care for this Richard kid. But Namea handled that entire situation with a style and grace that most people don't possess. Hell I don't think I do. Lol.

I love Namea!! boy does she have a quick tongue. Dickhead has a lot to learn about Black women, this is not the 1950's or 60's this is a new breed of African American women. How are you going to be roomates and don't talk to each other, I would go stir crazy because I'm a talker. Adam ( interesting ) can't wait for more. Thanks for the update.

I am already completely enamored with this story and it's only 2 chapters in!!! I love your writings. I love the fact that Namea is raw. Her personality is rough and she doesn't have the usual "ugly duckling" character flaw.
I love stories with flawed characters. I love to watch them grow and expand. She's real and I officially have a crush on her.
Please, don't hold back. If the interaction between Namea and Dick(head) is any indication..... Whooooo!

I came across your story and I already love it, I also agree with your views about couples falling madly in love with each other in a short span of time I feel like that kind of love is misleading or just a strong attraction. Anyway I love it so far and I'm looking forward to more.

I tell you, I CACKLED at the interaction between Ghetto and the Dick. I mean, Namea's sarcasm is ME.
I was concerned that I might not like this, but so far, so good. Adam, interesting. But, he might tick me off later. As Namea might as well. But right now, I'm liking her snark. She might wear then if that's all she is. We'll see. Layla, hmmm, she would probably get on my nerves if she was perky all the damn time. But might be good for a few laughs.

I like, I like! When I originally read the first chapter, it caught my attention but I wanted to wait until the next one to see if it still held it before I reviewed. Good news: it did, lol.
