OOO, Great start. I like you writing style.
Alicia seems pretty grounded, as if she has a good head on her shoulders. She's knows that she needs to concentrate on the bigger picture, and not worry about the little things. But she also needs to just let go a little, and Gina seems to be the perfect person to help her.
Gina is a trip, goodness if I didn't know girls like her in high school. Although, I have a feeling that beneath that tough girl exterior, is someone with a good heart.
Hmm, I have a feeling that the Ford guy is a new kid. Will he be a blessing or a curse
