The exquisite mechanism of knowing and not knowing. A thirst. Respite. It was anticipation. The sudden feeling of your insides falling a mile a minute at the drop of his second.
Curtailing the sweet deceit of delicious songs reverberating from those nerve endings. The intuition a woman feels, trust it or to fear it.
