I am a long time reader of romantic and erotic fiction who has finally decided to get off the pot and put my love for this genre to the test. This is a test to see if I'm as good as my sister and daughter seem to think I am and I hope to meet some like minded people who enjoy a little wine (or whatever the beverage of choice) and conversation (a little or a lot) before a couple hits the sheets, floor, beach, table (you get the picture) and get busy.
Island Interlude is on hiatus, more because it is so hot here and I can't think cool enough thoughts (even my imagination isn't up to that challenge). I might have to work backwards on that one but Gabrielle, K.C. and the rest of the St. Sebastian Gang are on my mind.
A Taste of Honey is not on hiatus but Irene and Ares are really banging on the doors expecially since I had them taking a rest for a while in favor of Percy and Damon.
I thank all of the readers who took the time to rate and review as you can see I do answer. I also want to thank the readers who have emailed me with concerns about their favorite stories because I do appreciate the time it takes when there are a lot of stories on VC that are wonderful.
I have been told by a reviewer that I am cheesy so I hereby accept the title and dub myself Queen of Cheese (Extra Sharp Cheddar and Pepperjack are my personal favorites.) and We (note the use of the Royal We) have found a suitable crown.
If men read more romance there would be less divorce cause they would know how to put it down. That man could teach college courses on how to work with what you have. And work it well, can't wait to see what happens when he takes off his clothes!

I know they say that matter of life and death can leave the survivors (even if you are the cause of death) horny. Being married to a veteran who served my hubby told me a few stories so I totally get the volcanic and unexpected sex. Mary sure did move from 0 to 60 quite fast and hopefully will prove to save her life. Her resilience is going to be her strength. I'm gonna say it again. He better not be married!

Zhay is a very strong woman and Dax is damned lucky to have her on his side. I hope that they can find their way back to each other and build an even stronger relationship than the one they had before. I don't envy the person that tells him about his babies and what happened to them. That is going to be one tough job.
I'm glad that Dax was told the pretty doctor he's been checking out is his wife and it will be interesting to see how he interacts with his parents and Rosie. I'm also glad the attraction is still there on his part and he couldn't fight it.
Loved the glimpse of their love and hope that they can get passed this to reach somewhere even sweeter together.

I hope your muse is kicking because I will not be happy if you start feeding me and then starve me again. I read this story back in I think April and didn't review and wish I had because then I could say I will hunt you down if you do that to me again. Waiting for more of this fabulous story gave me a chance to start writing enough to actually post my own and that was good for me but I really missed this. Thank you to the Creator (winkwink) for that blessing. Although we should not question HER wisdom becuase SHE makes no mistakes it is so unfair that Zhay and Dax will have to endure more hardship. But they say SHE doesn't give you more than you can handle.
So lead on into the abyss and we will all come out on the other side stronger for having been through the experience.

Something To listen to while reading LVC. All of the songs have inspired me in some way when it comes to the story and characters.
I feel Dave's pain. I've never been in that situation but you can't help but feel sympathy for him. I want them to have it out but I wonder if Phil will give him the satisfaction of a fair fight (no punches being thrown I'm talking words here). We'll just have to wait and see. Sophia will hopefully have a change of heart and come clean, but it's not a good thing that Mark lied. Yeah she's gonna be p.o. but he didn't sleep with the itch now did he?

When you mentioned Lamont who wanted to the girls manager all I could see was Eddie Murphy in Raw swinging his microphone around singing 'Could You Be Love'. The girls sound like they've all had rough starts hopefully this will keep them grounded when they succeed. One can only hope so because they sound like they have the drive to make it, despite the trouble some of those men are going to bring their way. Keep on keeping on.
