Yeah, Jack was kind of in rip the band aid mode there.  But at this point I honestly think that he's sick of all the lies and games.  It's why he's after Dru so hard.  Sharon just got the cold hard end of the truth (Sorry, I'm not a fan so I don't have much sympathy).
