My gosh! That totally sucks that Dom's family—minus Nessa—couldn't even put their love for him & his happiness over their own bigotry! And then his father had the audacity to feel ambushed & humilated as if he was the victim. I'm glad that Dom chose Lia; I knew he would. But it still sucks, not so much because he lost his family as a result but because his whole perception of them had been obliterated. I'm sure when you're forced to see that your parents & brother weren't who you thought they were, that's kind of a harsh reality to accept.
On a brighter note, Lia's pregnant!! Wonder when she found out & I can't wait to see how Dominic will react.
Such a great chapter! Love the way you've incorporated drama into this story without taking it over the top. I greatly appreciate when authours keep a sense of realism, even in fiction, & you do it so effortlessly. You're such an amazing writer, Jaye Sims! :)

Thank you, Ma'am! I really admire you're work so you leaving reviews gives me all the feels. I'm glad that you appreciate my writing style, I sometimes wonder if the drama is too low key, but I write what I like to read. I don't think I would know how to write over the top drama anyway.
As far as getting the chapters out so quickly, I am currently sans employment so aside from looking for work I don't have much else to do, lol. It's sort of a blessing in disguise because I write more now than I ever have.
Anywhoo...thank you for reading. Lia and Dom are my babies and I love writing about them.

The nerve of William to come at him like that. Embarrass them; were they at the same place or somewhere different bebecause it was tge other way around. They couldnt even fake being cordial. Threatning Dom to not see him or have anything to do with him if he dont break his ties with Lia then adding on more by do it fir ya ma. Hiw low can you go. Pitiful. Glad they are leaving & going back. Sad because they miss out. On knowing a wonderful person like Lia plus loose a daughter to in the processs & a soon to come grand child. Yay finally she tells him shes preggers a light shines in the midst of his family bigotry.

Great chapter. As for Dom's so-called parents, they need Prayer, it's like they only live you if you do what They want, I bet Donal didn't even want to marry Irene. Speaking of Irene, I wonder if she's always had the Hots for Dominic.

When did she find out that she was pregnant? You didn't mention her taking a preganacy or going to the doctor to get a pregnancy test. His parents and and brother are assholes who should never be allowed on American soil again. That heifer Irene is hateful and I would like to see her eaten by the Lock Ness monster. Her reaction was just over the top, Rene is shady. She's what I call a low pro ho with trick tendencies!
