Title: Chapter 65 My Brother's Keeper

Sensitive buttons were pushed, but I think they could be friends again. And honestly, Larissa is at the center of some of this. Brian is scum and he had no right to do any of what he did; but Larissa should not have been there. And Reese wasn't wrong for his feelings of protection of his brother. It doesn't mean he agrees with his behavior. Which he didn't. And neither did their parents. Ain't nobody crazy to agree with him beating on women!

It got out of hand, and Reese and David were trying to diffuse the situation while  Larissa kept going. Actions and reactions were popping off, so they, along with Elisha, got caught up all in all of it.

I don't know why to prove your love to Larissa, folks have to follow her into foolishness and danger. That's nuts.

Nice!!

Author's Response:

That's a very good point about Larissa. It's all or nothing with her. Not sure if that's a sense of entitlement or a learned behavior from her mother. Her intentions are genuine to protect Danielle but she needs to learn boundaries and self control for sure.
