Oh man! The situation is emotional, complicated and messy for David. He's trying to manage what's expected of him on all fronts. And he's getting lost in it all. The one person who presumably is there to help relieve some of the pressure - Larissa, brings her own insecure BS to pile on for David to forever defend himself against. If he tells her about all the crap Gabby pulls, she trips; if he doesn't, she trips. He's always in a no-win here. 

Ironically, if things fell apart, I think she would probaly lose him to that more than anything else because he truly loves her and is trying to stick with her. She has to recognize what's happening here and make up her mind to believe in him or not. Larissa's not making herself a safe place for David and he needs that. All the reassurance comes from him to ease her mind when she spirals. That's exhausting and unsustainable. At least he has his boys.

And while Larissa wasn't wrong, it wasn't her place to blurt that stuff out to Ms. Gloria like that. That's something David is going to have to talk to his mother about. I think she feels she needs him more than she wants to admit, even though its not fair to him; and being rather possessive of him at the same time. Its also probably best for her to stop her low key manipulation where Gabby is concerned because that girl is a special kind of headcase she really doesn't want her son invloved with.

Can I express any more how much I loathe the likes of Valentina! That what makes her worse than Gabby; she thinks this is fun and games to do this type of crap but you reap what you sow; and there is gonna come a situation of her own to give her something to do.
