Best. Second. Date. EVER!!! I love how free and open Lavender is away from the spotlight. A truly genuine person. Not a pretentious bone in her body. Pete, as well. I like their match so much.
The hose saved Pete because he sucked at that card game. His pride wouldn't let him call it...lol!
As for Mark. Yes, annoying! And not in a cute way, either. That's a dirty trick! I dislike that kind of stuff. Pete was stuck, but he was a really good sport about it. He clearly loves the kids, and they love him back.

This was somehow exactly right for these two for something of a beginning. They manage to fit together in a quirky way. And I think Lavender wouldn't have it any other way?
