Kenny is not yet ready to invite her past into her current just yet. 

 I really loved this chapter. One, because it's been soooo long since my hit and I'm a slut for this story. Two, but more important, is that this is a tale that I connect to on a very emotional level. The characters seem like real people and I'm totally invested in what happens to them.

My heart hurts for DeLeon and the heartbreak that he sees in his future and is so afraid of. I'm not sure how he will handle it if she goes back to her life. Maybe, she does need to do that to make sure that he is what she wants. Will he do something to make her do that, since he's convinced that she wants to go back to her life? I can see him doing it, thinking it's best for her.

He made slow, sweet love to her as if it was the very last time he'd ever have the chance.

This, I fear, is what will happen very soon. *sigh*

I'm off to read this again. I read it in haste the first time. It's like you've been in the desert for a long time without water and when you do get some, you greedily gulp it down. And once you sated that initial thirst, you then can sip slowly and get your fill. That is what this chapter is for me. So, off I go, to sip slowly.

is DeLeon trying to push Kenya away. That woman loves you, let her and admit that you love her as well.  Why hasn"t she returned any of the phone calls.  She can stay where she, but she can let the people that care about know that she's okay.

Poor Trixie...what I don't understand is why the woman in this town allow Deleon to treat them like that.  It seems that they don't have any respect for themselves.

I like Prince's parents.  I so like Dax and I would prefer that Kendra be attracted to him than his crazy brother Deleon.  However, I can't see her living in this backwards town.  I enjoy reading how the boys grandfather is so tough with them but also he seems very kind and genuine in his affections for his grandsons.  Thanks for a great update.

Seriously. My stomach is all twisty. I mean, DeLeon is too cute for my LIFE. Although I do wonder why Kendra mentioned the Sheriff again. Did I miss a chapter? Did she see him again after the first time? I'd think she'd brush him off as a random and keep it moving.

I have to say, I don't like the Prince intervals, LOL. I like him fine but everytime it pops up it pulls me into a seperate mode and I like being with Kendra and DeLeon and his family.

Wowwwwwwww, honestly, I keep going back to the fact that Cat has a man and children at home. And DeLeon is dumbbbb cause if you had to get yourself checked after sleeping with her, keep it in your pants. her personality detracts from any kinda sexiness she might have.

I'm hoping Prince goes ape all over Chase's dumb selfish ass. And LOL @ Dax, bout he can't feel his feet.

And he's 25?!?! Were we given his age at some point because I really thought he was fresh out of highschool, 21 at the oldest.

I have to say,I think Dax is losing to DeLeon without your readers commenting on it if her moment in the bathroom is anything to go by.
