Bring on the next chapter (and hopefully some answers). I don't think Cam's mental health will last much longer if she continues to bottle her issues up.

I KNOW!! Cameron is just not dealing with it (partly to carry the story) but mostly for me to try to capture an internalized person. Sometimes we can't deal with stuff on the outside until we deal with ourselves on the inside. She's getting there though! Mimi did not make her appearance in this chapter as promised but will be all over chapters seven and eight. Should be fun, I think! :)

Well its about time! Geezzzzzzz......
I'm not even in the mix and I am tired of Cam and all the running away dipping hiding and ducking. When has turning into one of them stone statues on Ester Island ever got anything resolved? Not to mention I'd swear she was a 15 yr old again.
She if forever not talking about anything! Please bring the next chapter.

Cameron is wearing a number of you out and I completely understand! Like I've stated in another response, she's having to deal with some old wounds that she thought she was completely past but apparently not. When facing an issue head on, sometimes it can be extraordinarily difficult. Anyway, no more justifying from me. Thanks so much for reading and insight into this story. It shows you care about these characters which is a great thing to hear for an author. :)

THanks for the update, it was GOOD, it was nice to see Cameron and Phillip getting along so well... OK Erin is getting on my nerves, I so wished that Phillip didn't stop Cameron and let her Beat Erin like Erin owed her money... IMO Erin seems just a bit JEALOUS of Carmeron, and has been since HS.
But Carmeron is getting on my nerves a little also, she needs to just tell Cameron what is wrong, b/c holding it in all these yrs is not good.

Thank you for reading! Glad you're enjoying the Cameron/Philip connect. They're so much fun to write. Erin is a bit of a tart and probably should have been taken down by Cam but alas that's not how I wrote it, though the thought did cross my mind. I can see how Cameron is getting on your nerves. She's dragging things along but the truth is she's being confronted with some past issues she thought she resolved a long time ago and sometimes opening up old wounds is difficult... maybe not for everyone but for her. Thank you soooo much for reading and your thoughts! They are very insightful! :)

I wish Cam would have just told him everything, because he is oblivious to whatever is causing conflict wiit Erin and his and her relationship. These two have great chemistry. I can't wait for the next chapter.

Cameron is having a difficult time expressing herself at the moment. She's dealing with issues she hadn't dealt with in a very long time so she's having problems getting to the root of it all. Philip is only seeing things from one side of the equation in their relationship, so he's definitely blind to the obvious. Glad you like Cam and Philip! They are a blast to write! I really wanted Cam to beat Erin down just for being the little ho that she is, why oh why did you have Phillip stop her. So Cam felt that he put other people ahead of her. She was jealous of his supposed relationship with Erin. Erin tried but I don't think that anything happened between the two of them. At least I hope not. Great chapter Looking forward to finding out what else Phillip did to break Cam's heart.

Erin definitely deserved a beat down for that stunt but what goes around comes around, right? Cameron and Philip's relationship is much more complex than what they allow people to see on the surface. Wow! Amazing update. I am dying to know what she's so upset about, and why Phillip has no clue. I mean boys can be clueless but man.. This is well written and totally believable. I hope Erin gets her, she's "one" of those people each of us have known . Always causing trouble and playing the innocent card. Can't wait for more.
