yay,chapter 11 another Arwen momenT.thank you,thank you. You makes my dAy bright. Nooo,arthur going? When Arthur going,merlin is with him? How about gwen left alone with morgana? I'm worried now for gwen. I hope gwen is strong enough to defenD herself. If morgana has morgause, gwen can she get Angelica?lol... Just only my idea in my head cause is unfair. xxx

I'm glad that Gwen didn't allow her loyalty and friendship with Morgana to dismiss what she saw in Morgana's eyes.  But I am very interested in what she will do next - I hope she doesn't disregard it as a fleeting moment.  Heed your elders, Gwen!   

I'm always so nervous when I read this story - that's a good thing, though.  I'm that invested in these characters, Gwen in particular.  She's walking a tightrope! 

I've only cursory knowledge of Arthurian legend, so I have no idea who the father of Morgana's child is.  I know at least one version had Arthur and Morgana sleep together, one unknowing of the other, and produce Mordred.  But based on Arthur's actions, I'm assuming that's not the case.

I always look forward to your reviews: they are so thoughtful and helpful and just warm my writer's heart :) I'm so glad you feel a sense of investment in these characters! When I'm writing I get so deep into my own attachments to the story that I sometimes worry if the readers feel the same way, so it's heartening to hear that you're able to connect to Gwen :)

 

I'm glad you picked up on Arthur not being Morgana's baby daddy, because that's not the route this story is going at all, and I tried to establish that pretty early on. I'm working on the next chapter right now :)

How strong will ARWEN love be?  Will ARWEN communicate and share confidences with each other?  Will there be trust between them?

Gwen should listen to Angelique and avoid aiding Morgana in bringing this demon child into the world because it's a vessel of evil and nothing more!  Avalon and all of Albion will be in danger because of the birth of this abomination!  

Has Morgause succeeded in convincing Morgana to hate Gwen?  Morgana has changed!  Pure venom was directed at Gwen by those eyes!  Gwen should be wary!

Such a tender, affectionate, and beautiful awkward ARWEN moment!  Feel so sorry for them!  They can't give in to their feelings since their obligations won't allow them to!  Melwas also made it clear to Arthur that he won't rest until he made Gwen his woman! That odious, creepy cretin better keep his filthy hands to himself!  

Who was Gwen's mother?  Was she a sorceress, a descendent of a primordial magical entity, a priestess of the old Religion, or a goddess?   Would love a more than meets the eye Gwen!  Is there more to Gwen than people are led to believe?  If so, I can hardly wait for her powers to be directed against the forces of evil!

Nicely done..... Love it.. Gwen not suppose to abandon Angelica warning... It terrified me....
