I read this story when you first wrote it, and i reaquaintrd myself with it today, and it is still one of the best sotries that i have ever read. could you please write a short story with a follow-up letting us know how the families are doing. like how many children that Charlie and Inga have, what's up with Jared and Lucinda, the twins and the rest of the characters.

I am in the midst of re-reading this story for the next review on Nerds On Words and I love rediscovering all of the things that I loved about this story in the first place. I will also be doing The Preacher's Son.
But this line from this story is my absolute favorite:
In an instant Charlie snatched the bag from her, taking out the brown box that was inside. He opened it and held up the vibrator and then looked at her.
“What the hell are you going to do with this, Inga?”
“I’m going to use it as an electric mixer and make a cake! What the hell do you think I’m going to do with it, Charlie!” she growled reaching for it, but he held it above his head.

i love this story sooo much!! it remains one of my favorites on the chamber. it would be beyond awesome if one day you could do a baby story compilation revisiting some of your couples like val and matheson, charlie and inga, jared and lucinda. im gonna write your muse a letter lol!!

started this story last night and finished it the first thing this morning. This was a very good story that held my interest--hope there is more onthe family. I would especially like to know how Charlie is going to react when the my girl refuses to give up her job. Hopefully, he will remember to compromise. I liked that the characters were real people with real jobs.

I was umpress with Val. She finally made her stand and made that pervert ex of hers see reason. Charlie and Inga got the happy ending they deserved. Jared and Lu looking like their getting married. And the twins are growing up to be respectable men. Even Val has a chance to have happy life.
