I agree with everything PMGAYLES has said! She said that she wasn't an easy lay. She said she wanted to be wooed. So act like it then! Charlie is the one trying to keep her hands off him, not the other was around!

Hmmm....I'm still not quite there with Inga yet...lol!

Jared: Oh, please! He isn't stupid! Whatever his father told him then, in the years since, he's seen the reality. His father could leave his mother and still keep in touch with his children! They haven't seen, nor heard, jack from him since he left. How does he reconcile that? It can't still be about his mother; and even if it were, again, what does that have to do with his children? Jared needs to face the truth at some point here.

That's right Charlie, retrain the ho!!!  When she asked Charlie, if he thought that she was a "sex fiend?' I thought to myself, you are heifer.  But Charlie is the boss of that relationship.  I wonder does Inga want real love or just sex, because if it's just sex then she picked the wrong man.  He is a real man and Inga had better recognize.  Lucas and Jermaine were boys, Charlie is man.  That's capital M, capital A, capital N!!! Another excellent update the memory about how the shitty father left and his reason why was heartbreaking and when charlie mama stood up and put dead beat son jared in his place i was like whoo hoo now that a strong woman even if she broke down after he ran off screaming his hate for her... Love this story!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great chapter... its good that Inga told Charlie that she wanted him to "Court" her b4 they have a more physical relationship.

I am very pleased to see that Jermaine has gone bye-bye and Rachel is no where near being Charlie's type.

Charlie and Inga have their first time away from Jarrett together and it's overnite and he gets to meet some of her old friend which I hope turn out to be true friends and supprt her choice as well with no drama but we all know there is always one bad apple in the bunch.

Inga and Charlie are on fire. Nothing is going to seperate those two. Val better get ready for their wedding. Shoot, it will be the talk of the town.

Alrighthy then!!!  Charlie spilled his guts, that Rachel was  a bitch!!!  I am so glad that Inga is giving him a chance, because she was much to forward with Charlie.  Some good times will be had by Inga and Charlie soon.  Yippee skippy!!!

Lots in this chapter...

First, while I'm still a little leery, I'm glad after hashing it out, Valerie identified and verbalized the (her) problem. That's half the battle! I'm expecting her to do better by Charlie and the twins. Charlie, especially. Her husband left all of them, not just her, and its affected all of them, not just her. Charlie needed to say it, and she needed to hear it. I also expect her to do better by Jared. It's not too late for him to turn it around, but I think its going to have to start with Valerie, and end with Charlie. A conversation between the two brothers is long overdue as well. Charlie needs to let Jared know some things.

Second, Inga was completely out of line! I'm sorry, but she hit me All WRONG right here! I was like, Charlie should be thinking this chick is nuts! They have had what, TWO conversations at that point? And not really that long at that, even with the meal. The fact that she was in his face demanding he explain himself to her? Umm....no. He didn't owe her anything, a relative stranger, and it stunned me that she preceeded to get an attitude with him over it! He was clearly uncomfortable; and she already had unfair advantage by having prior knowledge of his private business, so she knew what was up. Why force it? She tried to make it into something it wasn't. She also said she didn't want to be pushy, but that's EXACTLY what she was being. Pushy, demanding, and rude, to a guy she really doesn't know well at all! Or he, her. As evidenced by what went down later that night! I just felt she was really inappropriate. She kinda became unglued for a minute there. Was she mad that he didn't jump her right there in the kitchen like she clearly wanted him to? Hmmm...because again, she's basically a stranger to him. Charlie was being thoughtful and careful is all. Maybe that's why she has some crazy ass dude like Jermaine hunting her down and breaking her door off the hinges in the middle of the damn night! Makes me wonder about her now. SLOW DOWN INGA!! It doesn't have to be done all at once!

I'm sure you got this all worked out but Inga got to me in this chapter. And I cant wait  for the scenes with her mother! She is a whole other story!
