Valerie is a true basket cake.  She was getting on my nerves and I wasn't in the car with her.  I can imagine that Ella is fed up to the highest she can be and ready to wash her hands of her but of course she won't cause she loves her cousin and just wants to see her happy.

I'm pretty sure that Valerie is hands down, THE MOST annoying character I've ever read about, next to Bella Swan. She might be worst that Bella.

Valerie's reaction to her insecurities are really making her unlikeable. The worst part, is she knows this. I hope she loosens up because I want to keep reading because I like Henry and Ella very much.

Val...or Valerie is really irking the hell out me. If she wants to b alone great,  but don't drive everyone down with her. I'm glad I dnt have friends like her. Sheesh! let her a** b lonely and living in a miserable world of regret until she learns on her own to do better. (woo saaa) ok my rant is over. Great update; keep em comin.

Val is so stupid and needs to seek out a new psychiatrist as her current one is just taking her money.  I am so irritated with Val right now I could choke her!  I do understand how powerful that negative inner dialogue could be and it's hard to drown out. I hope that she can get past her demons!  Good stuff!!

You get an A+++ for Spandau Ballet. I can sympathise with Val because I've been there hell, still therr sometimes. I think Henry will be good for her but ultimately she's goret to learn her own worth regardless of how ainyone se feels about her. Then she'll know that she totally deserves a "Henry".

Val needs someone like Henry.  That is why they "clicked".  Somebody really must have hurt her.  Was it her boyfriend, did he use her?
