Reuben's wealth and charm are not enough to make Amelle cave...she will resist him because she's not trusting that he could have any real interest in her...fair enough with his previous attitude...but the game is changing and Reuben is starting to see Amelle's worth...he is beginning to understand his mother's reasons for hiring Amelle...I am really enjoying this story...thanks for updating frequently!

Thank you for this update. I was so use to daily reads for this story, I was going bunkers with the break😳. Thanks for not making us wait too long- happy dance time.
I don't quite understand the "extension" thing.
It sounds like Reuben had a different set of plans (his plan B) from his original plans. Just maybe Hilary didn't get what Reuben wants to present as his presentation. Now that will knock Dylan off his rockers. He does not need to show plan B to no one outside of Amelle and Mrs. Masterson, not even Gerrie, especially since he knows Gerrie made that phone call to set up Amelle.
Now what's next? Looking forward to the next update.

Loving how Mr. Newton is so cool with Reuben. Mr. Newton knows the deal between Reuben and Amelle. I believe he likes Reuben for his Amelle. Mr. Newton is taking every opportunity he can to push those two together.

Okay Reuben what are you going to do now with Amelle; pursue her, trust her? What and how are you going to handle Gerrie? Because Gerrie is a partner with Reuben,mI think Reuben needs to get with his mother and deal with Gerrie.

I love this update.
Hilary, Dylan is a dog. He is using you for a hydrant. It is time for you to take him to the pound and have him put down. You have been around him long enough to know what his weaknesses are. Use them for your good.
Reuben acts before he thinks. Amelle is the one needed to quite his storms. She is going to be good for him. Mrs. Masterson is prepping Amelle for Reuben. She knows that Amelle's mouth needs a bridle to pull her in the direction she needs to go. Mrs. Master sees the potential in Amelle.
Gerrie is gong to be handled. She thinks she has gotten away. Now Reuben and Mrs. Masterson needs to let her fall into her own trap.
