This is a General Hospital fan fic that takes place in 2014.  When Keesha Ward left the show in 1998, she returned to Philadelphia to tend to her sick father.  In my story, Keesha also found out she was pregnant by A.J. Quartermaine.  She gave birth to a daughter, Julianna Mae Ward, and has remained in her family home all this time.  She studied to become a nurse and had a successful career until a diseased liver brings her closer to death than life, and she decides it's time to let A.J. know he has a daughter.

Yeah, Keesha might be okay!  You know that mess about AJ supposedly falling off the wagon is just what bothers me about our society now a days, no one wants to believe in good news anymore, and the timing for this couldn't be worse.

yea keesha made it through surgery, but i'm sure there are still some rough patches ahead.  who is this "courtney matthews" person and why are they on a vendetta to ruin aj?  are they going to ruin everything aj worked to build up.  is keesha's body going to accept the liver?  can't wait for the update!

Title: Chapter 3: Chapter 2 "Short and Sweet"

This is great so far.  I really love how you captured the energy of being in the political game.  Everything feels rushed and high pressure, just like how it really is in D.C.!  I like payton she seems like a genuine butt kicker. Grace scares me, I wonder what she's got up her sleeve.

Title: Chapter 4: Chapter 3 "Trust Me"

Well Jared is obviously sprung, but things are going to get alot more complicated when he figures out who she is I think.  Who is Grace getting in bed with I wonder?  This is shaping up to be really interesting as all the players begin to come together.  I like how you weave character description.

"Have you been constipated lately?  Because you stay talking shit."

Is getting added to my snappy comebacks toolbox hahaha.

Title: Chapter 5: Chapter 4 "Trouble is Calling"

I really enjoyed this chapter.  I love this whole wag the dog element to this, with them trying to whip up or expose another scandal in order to turn attention away from what they are doing.  I like that we got to find out more about Payton and why it's so important for her to come of so strong and aggressive.  And what's up with Waverly?  Everyone's got their hands in something dirty, who's going to be the one that gets caught up?

Wow so can I just say first of all, in light of the whole John Edwards thing, reading this is a whole new light right now hahahaha.  I see Jared has got Payton all off her game, but she's still not going to make it any easier for him I have a feeling.  I liked seeing things from Payton's perspective it definitely brings som vulnerability to her.

Hi! You have got Payton down to a T. She is definitely off her game, but she is not going to make it easy for him. She does feel vulnerable and that is not a comfortable place for her.

When I was writing this and the John Edwards scandal broke, I thought how ironic is that!

Damn Grace is pretty hardcore hahaha.  I like her.  Like the vbanter between Jared and Payton.  And this: 

Jared couldn’t stop looking at her perfectly round behind in those flawlessly cut grey pants. He could picture in his mind having her on his yacht and what she would look like in a tight little string bikini. He could see himself smacking it and rubbing it down with tanning oil.

Was too funny hahahaha.  I love Waverly but what the hell did they do?  Great update!

‘A politician will double-cross that bridge when he gets to it.’  Creepy, so much dirt.

I really loved the fight between Grace and Ethan it was so intense to watch the break down of this marriage.  So much pain and resentment on both sides and yet they remain trapped it this political marriage.  It felt like I could've been peaking inside the life of a real politician!  Great update Harlen

Okay not that I don't love badass Evangeline because I really, really do but Lorenzo needs to up his game a little bit, he's a little too damselly in distress.  I kind of would like to see him pull one over on her just once!  Poor Layla is dead, that seems to happen a lot around here hahaha.  Sam beating Zander's ass with the ice cream scooper is hilarious, actually Sam working in an ice cream parlor is pretty hilarious not even a bartender or something where she could make some tips hahaha.  Great start can't wait to see how this unfolds.

Ugh Spencer and Faith, I kind of just threw up in my mouth a little bit.  Now there's a match made in hell if I ever saw one!  AJ is Spencer's bitch eh, how tragic.  I actually like original AJ so I'll just pretend this is the dark haired AJ because he seems more like he'd be Spencer's little lapdog.  Zander is going after Talia huh, that's interesting.  Lainey is a madam, too funny!  Love love love love love Ric and Lainey, already looking forward to some hot Rainey lovin.  Meanwhile, still hoping Lorenzo isn't so p whipped that he ends up getting his ass handed to him. . .again, that would just be tragic!  Love you for bringing this story back, this is how soaps should be written.
