Awww, this was so cute! I loved the different viewpoints on what happened, and then the reveal was even better. :) I really liked this show when it was on, so it's great to read about the characters again! Great work Ash. :)

I actually started to write for them years ago when Baldwin was a badass. I so wanted them together.

Excellent start, loved the backstory on Coop and Veronica, especially Veronica. Seems like she'd had a rough time of it, can't wait to learn more about her. That opening scene was sexy as hell by the way. Very much looking forward to the next chapter. Soon you say? :)

Author's Response: Thanks TBG, I really got into creating their backstory.  I like Veronica as a character and I wanted her to be different from your typical cougar archetype.  You liked that first scene did ya hahaha, had lot's of fun writing it especially with the JP visual. . .

Great update! I really enjoyed the moments between Coop and his family, especially the conversation with his Dad. It was a nice moment of insight of what makes this character tick. I feel like there's a lot of resentment and anger in Coop's actions, and a bit of overcompensating because of it. It seemed like he was almost acting out during his conversation with Wyatt (and with is father too,come to think of it), that interaction made him feel more in control, more confident in his life after being talked down to by his father.

This was excellent, can't wait to read more!

Okay, what the hell happened to Layla? Damn, she got the shit kicked out of her and more, who wanted that chick dead that bad? Or was it about her at all, maybe this is tied back to her sister.

Speaking of, hello kick ass Vange, I've missed you! Loved the scene in the jail with Lo and his kick ass sexy beard. Very nice and very hot.

So Lucky's screwing Talia and will once agian have his ass handed to him I'm sure. That guy has horrible taste in females.

Except for Sam of course, who is AWESOME.  Loved the scooper and her first impression of ZANDER F*CKING HARRIS! Thank you thank you thank you! That is all.

So this was good. Real good. And I'm glad that Lo's back in town and shaking things up, can't wait for him to get out of that cell. Methinks Ric was right about Vange, she wants him. And who the hell can blame her.

Spencer is just *shakes head* Coke whores? In the limo. can't get enough of his crazy ass, love it.

But I think I'm already shipping Zander and Sam. I'm just intrigued, and not just because I'm in love with Zander (I am) or that you make me root for Sam in this fic (you did). Their dynamic intrigues me and I want to know what the hell is going on with them. And how it ties back to what's happing in Port Charles.

Nice little taste Black, but I need more. Of Lo's sexy beard in particular. :)

I really like the push and pull between Evangeline and Lo, the way she enjoys him and all his assholish tendencies. Something tells me these two will eventually realize how well they fit together. Because they really, really do.:)

I still think Vange has something up her sleeve however. I don't trust her...

I liked Lainey in this, her matter of fact reaction to her sister's death. And her Slickback comment was genius, loved that too.:)

Jerry is a man after my own heart, along with Ric of course. Both of them had fantastic, snarky scenes, it was awesome. But I'm still Zander's girl all the way, the stuff between him and Sam was fantastic and I want more. Pizza. Heh. Sexy as hell, that man.

She smirked when he moved away and shook her head with a soft tsk. "Daniel," she said. "Just accept who you are. Her fingers scraped absently on the couch cushion—a small distance from his leg. He stared at the red tips—wondering how they’d feel on his back. "It’s actually kind of—"she tilted her head, her eyes falling to his lips. "Sweet."

You kick so much ass. Thank you, thank you for this awesome little drabble, and thank you for keeping the Willie bitchery alive and well on The Chamber. Loved her softer side, and the kiss was sweet and  a bit cruel all at once. Just like Ms. Slater.
