Eva is fitting in pretty well with the rest of the band and seems in agreement with their manager. So far it is going pretty well. The last chapter left me hungry for more so hear i am. In my open i think keyboards go hand in hand with heavy metal. I know there is more but i will restrain myself so that i enjoy it more later.Until then...

Yes, keyboards go very well with metal.  Just ask Oliver Palotai (Kamelot) or Tuomas Holopainen (Nightwish).  There will be another chapter hopefully by the end of the week.  I'm so glad you're enjoying this.

Title: Chapter 6: Chapter 6

A steamy kiss with a attrative man may be awkward but in this case I would probably to the same. A day of bonding between two sex driven adults is what i call a sweet treat. I am glad that she finally said yes to Kei athough she said it would be on her terms. At the end if the day, she is still a woman with needs. Eva and her sexual hiatus are no match for the Sexy Kei. For a man near his fifties he sure is sexy. I literally read this chapter in no time at all. You are a literary genuis with a great taste in music.

Thank you so much!  I am having so much fun with Eva and Kei and even though this is a rewrite/re-edit, I never quite know what these two are going to do next.  I hope by the end I'll have made more metal fans out of the readers!

This just keeps getting better with each chapter. i can hardly wait to see where it leads to. I hope that it all works out and that it will end well. I believe that eva was able to see shane for a reason that is yet to be revealed. I am on pins and needles with this story and i know you will not fail to please.

Now i can see why Kei is so rebellious and wants to prove his father that he can suceed. I think i understand all the Shane interventions. I can see that all the tension is catching up with Eva. Everything is starting to fall into place. Great update.

I can understand her frustration but it is still a slight annoying. i just know it will all be worth it in the end . The concept of falling in love is strange for someone who is practical and denies such feelings. But these two were brought together for a reason greater than a job offer. Great update.

Title: Chapter 1: Chapter 1

I have read quite a few stories on the chamber, but this one has become my new favorite. I was relieved to discover another person who loves heavy metal, asian men, and haunted houses. I like that the main character is eccentric. To put it simply, this story is pure sterling (because gold is not me).

When I first started writing this for NaNoWriMo, it was going to be more about the Visual Kei rock scene, but as I wrote, Kei just didn't want to fit in with the more tightly controlled music industry in Japan, so I made him Japanese-American and he just broke out in my mind.  And yes, Eva is definitely out there in a good way, but that's how she wanted to be written.  Granted, there's a bit of me in her when it comes to metal since it's one of my favorite genres and my significant other is a keyboardist for a metal band.

Thank you for the feedback and more coming soon.  I can't WAIT to read everyone else's work on here too.

That kei is pretty persistent asking for her to design the bands new look. Of course she is a edgy costume designer. I give her props for not giving in too quickly and putting him in his place. a very nice chapter.

The infamous first meeting of the eccentric costume designer and the sexy rock star. Put them in a room and there will de destruction. I too would find my mind wondering if i was in here situation. i really liked her concept for domians end new look. Gothic rose tuxedos was definetly strike on with the song. loved every word and will continue to be hungry for more.

It seems that things are turning in a different path than expected. Sooner or later fate has a way of opening hearts and minds. I think eva is not use to the concept of someone wanting her for more than sex. Gavin sounds like a quirk with a honest heart. I pray you will be able to update in the future. A very enticing chapter that did not fail to please. Very well written that left nothing to the imagination of the darkest mind. I always knew that creatures of the night had dark desires and that is no understatement. The thought of drinking blood never sounded any sexier than this. Sweet dark music to my ears.

Awesome!  I took my blood drinking cues from Bram Stoker, whom I've always thought used the trope as a means of expressing sexual desire.  Thanks for reading and the feedback!
