Lorilei Riley is a large black girl who was uprooted at age five when her mother marries and relocates to the small mostly white mining town of Appalachia.  She is the object of ridicule and scorn.  She immediately bonds with Micah Hamilton a young classmate who is also an outsider because of a large growth on his face.

Micah gets a chance at a normal life by having a surgery to remove the growth and Lorilei wonders as they both reach adulthood if Micah has remained with her out of friendship and loyalty or if a guy like him, could really come to  love a plus size girl like her.

I'm glad Lei found out how must her father really loved her and was getting the help like she ask him to do. Micah and Lei just have to be the cutest couple ever. I wonder if Beth will try to stir up some drama. I'm glad Lei handle her the way she did.And I know she should have felt bad because Micah wasn't wasn't watching her, he only had eyes from Lei. LOL

WOW,you touch on so much in this update, first let me tell you how happpy I was  reading about Teddy and Sabrina. I'm so glad she has apologize for having a bad atitude and now she's able to appreciate her sexy hubsand lol. Please let Micah be ok,  and if the blue nevus come back that will be the end of his modeling career, so how will he be able to help his mother and brothers.And I know he's worry if it do come back will Lei continue be in love with him,but we all know she will always love Micah no matter what he look like.And what wrong with Lei werido dad he looking at a picture  of his daughter and licked his lip just freak me out I hope he not thinking about doing anything with his own child. that man really need some help SMH. Great update and I know this story is not about to end with all this new developments and I'm so happy for that. Thanks for the review.  Ronald Riley is a mental case, but he's not thinking of Lei sexually.  He just wants to control her and make her accept HIM as her father and not Joe Bob.  The picture of her is all he has of her since the divorce.  He never bothered to bond with her when she needed a father and now he wants to be a father because he can't have any more children.  It's way too late for Ronald and he is going to learn that fact.  More to come soon.

Oh that was a wonderful update I love how comfortable Lei and Micah are with each other.Please don't let this be your last chapter, we still need to find out about  Lei and her daddy. Will they ever be able to have a father daughter relationship? And I also would like to see how it will be for them to date other people will they ever be tempted or will they keep they promise to one another.I'm just so in love with this story and hate to see it come to an end because you have really made each characters seem so real.Thank you for us a glimpse of Teddy and Sabrina love reading about them. Wow Lei and Micah they didn't act like two virgins,Micah might just follow Lei to college lol.I can't see them being apart that long after that incredible night. Please don't allow Lei or Micah  to experiment sex with anyone else. LOL I'm glad you like Teddy.  I'm sure I can work him in.  Yes, Micah will make frequent trips back to Richmond to check on his Lei!  I hadn't planned on them having sex with anyone else, but you know how jealous Micah is, so he may be a little worried about that while Lei's in college.  LOL.  MOre to come soon!

Oh Lei still have hang ups, why can't she trust what she and Micah have is real.She should be reminded how she made him feel when he had that ugly mole on his face,he didn't question her it just made him love her more.Micah is such a stand up dude.
