That last scene of Bennie and Ophelia was so touching and heartbreaking...nearly brought me to tears...yes, Ophelia...claim your baby boy...I understand Margie's resentment toward Raymond...believe when I say I do...but Bennie is just as much a victim in all of this as Ophelia...he was taken from a mother who clearly loved him with all her heart and handed over as a pawn to his adoptive parents for his 'father's' own nefarious needs...he was taken advantage of even though he came out relatively unskaved because at least he was given to a good family who loved him...but Bennie is a victim...I'm so glad I wasn't wrong about Bennie's adoptive mother...she is a sweet woman and she loves him too totally...but she has more steel in her spine that her no-good brother gives her credit for and I can't wait for her and Bennie's plan to kick in and give Raymond his comeuppance...
There are no words to express how much I loathe Raymond...that sick pedophile...and it wasn't enough that he violated Ophelia's body...he had to take away the love of her life...her baby boy...too...dirty, low-down dog...oh, Brenda, you've got to get him good...real good...write me into the story and I'll take care of him for ya...oh, my blood boils...
Can't wait to read more and for Bennie's two moms to meet...I think they're kindred spirits...

I love how you transitioned from Bennie's initial shock at finding out that he's biracial to his righteous indignation at confronting his pond scum "uncle"...oh, please let Bennie bring this bastard down...he's so sickening...how could he do something so vile to a child...and try to justify it by talking about her physical appearance...she was a child...the end...tears for poor Ophelia...but despite the abuse...she loved her baby boy anyway...what an incredible capacity to love she has...Bennie was blessed twice...he has two beautiful mothers...the frightened abused little girl who gave birth to him and the wonderful woman (despite being from the gene pool as the monster who was his sperm donor) who raised him...can't wait to see him exact his revenge against that cruel subhuman whose DNA he shares in his mothers' names...more please, Brenda!!!
Reviewer: attheritz Signed Another great chapter, Brenda...I don't know how I feel about Raymond possibly dying...wouldn't exactly wish death on my worst enemy...but as evil and twisted as I think he is...I don't actually want him to die...I believe that Ophelia would be devastated if he does...yeah, I know she wants her revenge...but she loves that man and he is the father of her son...knowing Raymond...it may be a ploy for sympathy and to expose his marriage to his family...either way...I don't want him to die...as sick as that is...the devil is in love...who would have guessed it possible...
I'm really liking Keisha...I think it's sweet that both she and Bennie are virgins and they seem to be forging some type of growing relationship...love Keisha's no nonsense attitude...I believe she will be good for Bennie...

Reviewer: attheritz Signed I actually feel quite sorry for Ophelia...I knew she had serious psychological issues...but her actions of late prove just how unwell she is..though I can get some sort of perverse pleasure at Raymond being on the receiving end of her craziness...I am however very concerned about their unborn baby...poor kid...she needs professional help ASAP...and it sickens me that selfish Margie not only failed protecting her child...but compounded the problem by not getting her the help she needed and did not turn Raymond's butt into the proper authorities when she found about their "affair"...and Ophelia's resulting pregnancy with Bennie...
Thank goodness for the heartwarming tale of Bennie and his first love, Keisha...they make me smile...after the sordidness of Ophelia and Raymond...it is much needed in this most interesting story...still loving your work, Brenda...can't wait for more...
