Alicia meets Nick and they begin a Journey full of love, forgiveness and Passion. From two different worlds their love bridges the culture gap and emotional walls come crashing down. This is a Story of faith and love in its purest forms.

Alicia is in her third year of nursing school, at 23 she is more than ready to take on the real world after moving to New York far away from her overprotective family where she is learning to depend more on herself and taking big steps to her independance.

Nick is a first generation Chinese-American living in New York, at 25 he is done pleasing everyone but himself, he was to be a doctor like his father and for most of his life he spent his days and nights studying and working at that goal... In the last year before his graduation from medical school Nick decides to take a break and
somehow how ended up buying a club with his bestfriend Sean. one year later Nick is conflicted though he loves his life the one he made for himself he misses his family and he even misses medical school. After his little detour from the path his father wanted him to take his family relationships are strained at best. Alicia teaches him the meaning of forgiveness and shows him that its time to let go of the past to embrace the future.

Title: Chapter 6: Chapter 6

OMG, for a minute I thought that Alicia really was going to do the smart thing and kick Kandice out of her world.  Why does such a nice girl have a cousin and mother who are so ridiculous?  I love the way Nick was an anchor for her when her own mother was not. Kandice is like a virus.  This was a good chapter.

I love that the girls on campus saw Nick take Alicia's book bag and hold her.  She deserves to feel like the special one.  He is just so sweet to her.  I'm glad, considering Kandice is still around somewhere.  Nice chapter.

LOL, Nana reminds me of Madea. Nick and Alicia are still sweet together. Nana likes him, but Alicia is about to see what his mother thinks of her.

Title: Chapter 10: Chapter 10

Wow, I thought the mother's initial reaction to Alicia was really strong, but after the father's conversation I understand it better.  Even though she is wrong about her husband having an affair with nurse Karen, she was not wrong about him wanting an affair with her.  I guess she feels like first her husband now hew son want black women.  It probably makes her, as a traditional Chinese woman, feel inadequate when the men in her life are attracted to a totally different race.  It's not true, but I could see how that could be the perception of things for any woman of any race in her situation.  That still does not make the way she treated Alicia right and I hope she can get past that for her son's sake.

Also, where has that sneaky Kandice gone?  What did she do at Alicia's apartment that she had to just leave with no argument?  I love how Nana knows Kandice.  Good chapter.

I'm glad the Nichetti family has a story.  I wanted to hear more about them after their role in the previous story.  I like the story so far.  Carmine and Mia are cute together, but how does he get to play around until he is ready to settle down with Mia?  I have a feeling he is going to be ready sooner than he thought.  I can't wait the see what Dorian is involved in and what it will mean to the Nicetti's and Sinclair.

Title: Chapter 2: Chapter 2

First, the Pictures, OMG!  Dorian and Chase are just too sexy and the rest are not bad at all.  The women they will be with are pretty too. That was a nice touch making Alicia pregnant.  I knew Mia was going to start getting under Carmine's skin pretty quick.  If it had been Dom instead of Chase, he would not have let Sinclair stay alone in her home.  I like this story and characters. Nce job!
