Welcome and congratulations on your first posting on the chamber. Hopefully it will not be your last. As a long time fan of Jovan, who is convinced that the destruction of Jovan led to OLTL ultimate down fall, I love your story and look forward to it's continuation.

Author's Response: Thanks so much for the warm welcome. We told OLTL in 06 that the end of JoVan was the last straw but we stayed for REG and her fabulous ability to have chemistry with dirt. Some some of became Cravers or Tangies while others couldn't handle anything but JoVan. I stayed for REG, but on the ABC boards and in wirting to TPTB we told them we had enough followers to take OLTL if they got rid of REG.
The sad thing is that this what Frons wanted. He has been plotting to get rid of soaps for years with these ridiculous plots, disrepct to the loyal viewers and their memories. Finally tarnishing core and favorite characters's behavior sat some over the edge. We did play into his hands some say, but I say we didn't. People are boycotting ABC and any sponsor affiliated with the company. And Hoover pulled their commercials off of the network thanks to the outcry. I'm sad that OL ended the way it did, but us JoVanners knew that what brought the viewers in or back to OL was JoVan. And Frons saw that the rating were getting better and he had them destroyed.
But I digress. LOL. Thank God for fanfic and talented writers.
