SO amazing, as always. I don't really feel like Valerie has regressed. It seems to me she's still wrestling with her demons, which for some is a lengthy battle. And, as great as Henry is being right now, he hasn't always had the most reliable track record. Valerie is a snail - moving at a slow pace and retreating if someone pokes too aggressively. She's made progress though, and I can't wait to see her turning point when she realizes that she will truly be okay. 

 

Sad that this is ending, but so wonderfully happy that you're back. Please update soon!

Awww, we are close to the end.  I can't wait until she runs towards Henry versus away and she really needs to break the hold George has on her b/c he could care less about her and is living his life without worries.  Have to agree with Madea:  you holding on to hurt and pain while the person who gave you the pain and hurt is living their life.  Too much power.  I hope Henry doesn't give up on her and start dating someone else because then she will be very hurt.

I love this story. I love how relatable the characters are. I can't wait to see how the story will end but at the same time I don't want it to end. I don't blame Valarie for being so closed off at time Goerge really screwed her up and Henry pulling a disappearing act on her didn't help any. Some how though I feel like since the death of his father something has  changed in Henry and I feel like his going to stick it out with Valarie I just wish that she can over come her insecurities they are hindering her progress. Loved it and I am eagerly anticipating the next update.

So glad you've back!! I'm glad they're together.  The time as friends helped cement the true love t hey feel for each other.  She's scared, but I think he's reassured her that he really loves her.

Ughhhh Val is soooo annnnoooooyinngggggggggg. For real. I though that at least towards the ending we will see some progress in this chick. I even ask myself why Henry is still wasting his time with her. She is so indecisive and is still living in the past with what had happened with her ex.  Its getting kind of old and she needs to move on. I feel sorry for Henry.  He is trying to show her that he cares and wants to be there for her. But like always she push him away.  She truly is fucked up.

So glad to see this update.  Seems like they're on the right path on establishing their friendship.  Val just needs to open up about her fears, and get out of her own way at this point.  Great update!

She has regressed, she is allowing fear and het memories if that asshole George to hide her heart.   Henry is perfect for Val and he truly loves her. I am annoyed by her lack of progression . Just sad!
