Contrary to what other reviewers are saying about Charlie, I do get where she's coming from, she's been absent and it seems like she used money as a way to cushion the blow of her leaving and it seems like she's still using money as a way to make up for her not being completely mentally there although she is physically (that's my take on it anyway, even though I think she's doing great but she doesn't seem to think so). But I think she's doing too much, she needs to take a step back and realise she's prefectly fine. This story has layers. I think Alec might be partly at fault too, I remember a couple of chapters ago, was it Charlie's foster parents thought Alec pushed the relationship when they were teenagers before Charlie was ready - sexually/emotionally. I think history slightly repaeated itself there like in the club and living arrangements, of course Alec wants his wife back and he loves her but maybe Charlie would have been better off living close by instead of living with them. Baby steps. I mean Charlie thought they were going to get divorced on the same day Alec came onto her in the club. I think they're great for each other and they're great parents but communication is key especially on Charlie's end, she's trying to be super mom and that's just not possible.

I love this couple! slowly but surely Charlie will forgive herself. Our girl Charlie has to stop making decisions on her own about the welfare of their children, she's in a marriage. There's no you and there's no I, there should only be we or us. I'm hopeful she would get the picture. I like the fact that Alec wants to meet Sean, they should've met long ago. Maybe this meeting will put Alec's fears and questions to bed or maybe it will show Sean's true colors and true intentions. I see they learned their lesson about foreplay all willy-nilly around the house, without walls, doors , alarms or locks it was a x-rated peep show going on. Thanks for this wonderful update K

Charlie was wrong for bring the the independent school and telling the boy he could before talking to Alec.  I can't wait to read about Alec's discussion with that punts Sean.

I know this story has to end but I hill be sad when it does. You have the ability to bring so much life to you our characters and the story you tell. Ms. Carr you are truly a good author and I look forward to reading your stories. I have been checking chambers for update on lovers dance 2 I also been checking Amazon to see if it has been release. I hope you are planning to release lovers dance 2 it is one of my favorite books need more of Matt and Poppet. I thank you for another good chapter on this story Charlie and Alec are great and I just love the kids Ollie and Jamie.

Thanks for the update! I'm wondering about the relationship between Sean and Charlie, she's working for him again but just how much will be revealed about their past? 

Girl... that was funny!! That why our bebroom is on the other side of the house. Charlie needs to listen to Alec's concerns and not treat him as if his reasons are not valid. I hope there is no trouble brewing. Plus that was to much money to give a kid, I bet he would've like a gift that came from the heart more. Thanks for this update!!

Charlie needs to cut ties with this Sean dude forever!!!

Yes! You're back! That "Oops!" Moment had me dying of laughter. I'm so glad Olly is recovering (I cannot deal with the thought of a child being sick, it's just too sad). Charlie, Charlie, Charlie, I don't like her blatant disregard of Alec's feeling about that Sean dude. They should communicate and compromise about that Sean (and Alec's ex) situation because I feel like there's going to be repercussions from the lack of clarity between them.

Fantastic update

I think Charlie is making a mistake and she is still feeling guilty for deserting her family during her depression.  Alec is not a man that wants his woman to financially take care of them and this is how he will see her actions---and Charlie should know this.  

Charlie should have let the call go to voicemail, especially during the party.  I am beginning to think she is not the smartest bulb in the box.  

It is not her responsiblity to set her family up for life, and her continued connection to Sean and disregard for Alec feelings toward Sean, may be just the welcome mat Vanessa needs.
