I really want to root for these two but I am not sure at this point.  They are both are going down a destructive path separate from each other.  Something has to change quick or I see no hope.  Where is Naomi while his sister in law is chilling at the house.  You can get her and your kids and bring them to your home but you can't go after your wife?  You have enough money to set your SIL up somewhere safe and go get your wife who thinks you are cheating.  Saint is a grown man but it seems in regards to relationships a little boy.   

What I find confusing regarding Saint is that he propositioned her regarding money and marriage so why be upset to think she only wanted him for his money then in reality she hasn't asked him for any money nor has she gone out on shopping spree's so what makes him think she is just with him for his money.  She was highly upset to see him with two women so if her feelings weren't involved and she only wanted money, she would've been like "keep doing you."  Now he made another mistake because the sister in law is going to think bad about her and eventually open her mouth to her husband and mother in law which could start more issues for Naomi. 

I hate to say but this is becoming a drama filled mess and I don't see how they are going to get out of it, especially if they aren't in the same vicinity to actually talk.  They have some strong inner demons they have to exorcise. 

I hope they come together soon to even begin to heal the relationship and each other.

As Denzel just said, keep trying.  The reason he is on stage accepting a reward is because of repeated so called failures.  You continue with your goal and vision and you will succeed.  This chapter was fun and light.  It also still showed Gage's dominance.

I don't like Enrique either.  They are both lunatics but Vincent's a special lunatic regarding Ember.  Enrique or Ignacio will have to kill Vincent or they will die a horrible death.  Vincent dude you need to calm down.  He act like he's a 15yr old getting his first sniff of the vajayjay.  He took more time to prepare her on the river bank for the first reconnection then he has since.  Does he think he will overpower her hate of him with these tactics.  I am just curious to see where you take this story and how it will end: Vincent, Enrique or neither.

I hope they find work and become independent.

This is a 10.  I have no idea why it took me this long to start reading this.  I am loving it and oh my goodness Reuben has so many evil people around him.  No one but his mother is wishing him success.  Hillary needs to grow a backbone.  I hope she didn't get too much from Reuben iPad and he wins the bid from that ass Dylan.  I bet Dylan only went after Hillary because she was with Reuben.  Now trying to go after Amelle.  Can I say Amelle is one of my favorite female leads.  She is awesome right now and is momma bear trying to play matchmaker.  Hmmm.

Okay, we are going to need her to find some happiness and let him give her congratulations because it looks like he found someone new while he was with her.

Emery find someone else.  You don't need someone to make you feel guilty for your honest feelings.  He should say, while you are sleeping with Nick, I will be sleeping with someone else as well.  What's good for the gander should be good for the goose.  I don't care he's dying.  Sorry, not sorry.  You don't follow the vows, neither will I.  Matter of fact let's call this an open marriage because that is the path you have chosen to take us on.  If she felt love for Nicholas she should have dated him.  At this point, they have both lied to Emery.

Hmm, I think Charlie is becoming clearer.  I think the most impulsive act she ever did was leave Alex.  I feel like once she left them she didn't think she was worthy of coming back.  Everything for Charlie would have to be aligned just right for her to make an appearance in their lives.  I also believe it is forgotten that she was an orphan in foster care and was tossed around til her last foster care parents took her in and placed conditions on their approval and to stay with them.  Outside of Alex's family she has no one.  Why would she believe they would care about her when she left their son.  She knows what she did was wrong and she is unsure of her place at this time in this family that she hurt.  I don't struggle with mental illness but everyone I've heard state it isn't a rational, logical condition.  She has to live with the consequences of her actions. Sometimes the best action for a kid is to not be around a parent that is incapable of giving them what they need.  We see it everyday saying this person doesn't need to be a parent.  Do I absolve Charlie for her actions, Hell nawl, but I think I understand better now.  

As for Vanessa.  She walked into that last conversation.  She pushed and pushed and it backfired on her.  She should have known something when he didn't file for divorce citing abandonment.  She should not have confronted Charlie because that was not her place nor should this have happened at a child's birthday party.  Her issues are with Alex and Alex alone.  He broke up with you, move on, figure out a way.  In all honesty, no matter what he said, she would be the one hurt.  There was no way out of it.  Alex is torn between a new love and an old one who broke him.  I wouldn't want to be in his position either.

I was a little hesitant in reading this story but I have immensely enjoyed what you have written so far.  I can't wait to read more.  My prayers are with you during this traumatic season especially as I read you are so close to graduation.  I hope the MRI reveals what it needs to so you can begin healing.  Much support sent via Internet waves.

I believe this story will have you asking those age old questions....Is it really love when you are that young or just hormones?  Is he settling for Nicole because she was there and a good person?  Does Nicole deserve to have someone settle for her or fight for her like Dominic is willing to do?  It seems that Layla still doesn't have any idea of her self-worth and that she deserves love and happiness despite her horrific past.  Sometimes it's yourself that stands in your own way.  In this chapter I can't decide.  In this chapter, Dom's thoughts came across as more physical than emotional to me.  I feel like Stone has a better connection with her now.  Before I root for Dom/Layla pairing over Stone/Layla I need to see some substance to their encounters.  Plus thinking, Dom is a CEO, her background would be scrutinized and picked apart by the company he keeps, Layla doesn't have that mental fortitude at the moment to endure that.  Nicole may be the better match.  Part of me wishes I came late to the party and could read like 15 chapters in a row *wink*
